What Concerts are you going to this year?
-
might be seeing paul at the coachella festivill in a couple of months
-
So far I have tickets to see Terrorvision and Jackson Browne. A little bit of a contrast there! I saw Teddy Thompson last week who was extremely good. I hope that I can see Paul McCartney at some point this year, but if he is only playing the US then I don't think there is much chance of that.
-
i wanted to watch Fall Out Boy this saturday when i asked a couple of months ago he said i could if i went with a friend i asked my friend her mum didnt let her go so i couldnt go but dad promised if Paul McCartney comes out he'll take me

Just got tickets for the 'V Festival' in Staffordshire in August, so me & the Mrs. are going to be seeing the likes of Oasis, Elbow, Ocean Colour Scene, The Specials and loads more. Bit pricey, but should be worth it with any luck! Also got tickets for Frank Turner for October. He's a top bloke.

Its worth it just for the ones you mention. From what i see V and t in the park seem to get better line ups than Glastonbury these days.

It is quite the line up and there's supposedly more names to be added, although they've sold nearly all the tickets so I doubt they'll be booking any more top names. After I bought the tickets, I got a huge adrenaline rush thinking of all the superb music we're going to see! OK, it's not Coachella in California with Macca headlining, but I'm still stoked! I've been to a few minor festivals, but this is our first major one, so I'm really looking forward to it. Shame I've got so long to wait!

I'm going to see Morrissey on his 50th birthday at the Manchester Apollo, been to the Apollo once before, great venue but I would have preferred the MEN. I did originally plan to see him at the Albert Hall as it's nearer but then I realised that it would be more special seeing him on his 50th.

Ime going to that Chezza , should be a good night I would rather have a smaller venue like the apollo than the MEN.........but after going to the GMEX twice last year the MEN is great in comparrison.

Hope you both enjoy it, haven't seen Moz live yet, but hope to one day.

Thanks for that ......Hope you get to see him. This is magnificent
One slight winge....i have seen him 4 times ( late starter) and on two occasions he only played about 75 mins which is poor for someone with a back catalogue like Moz....he was good though. In his defense instead of playing one night at the massive MEN arena and raking the money in.......he played 4 different nights at 4 different small venues in Manchester, probably losing money.
