I also got my fair share of Bruce Springsteen this week, Sean's been playing his music non-stop all week, and today he bought three more of his albums (they were on sale and he couldn't resist!). At least it'll be a bit of a change of music, because I've heard the Rising album so many times I think I know it by heart now. Not that it's a bad album. So I guess I'll hear a lot more of the Boss in the days to come. Too bad he's not coming to Belgium on his next tour. I have the slight suspicion that we would have probably gone to see him as well if he were. Oh, and by the way. Friday is the day that I'm going to get my IKEA tv furniture and possibly the new tv as well. Guess what's the first thing I'm going to watch on the flatscreen? And no, it's NOT Bruce Springsteen.
IMO the Springsteen albums The River and Nebraska are his best. Nebraska is really my favorite album. We have a lot of Bruce Springsteen albums. The last one I bought was The Seeger Session. But I got bored listening to this album. ops:
Okay it's taking on obsessive proportions now. Sean's not a concert goer, yet he's talking about going to pinkpop festival in Landgraaf (Netherlands) to see Springsteen. It's the weekend I'm in Birmingham so I can't go anyway.

No. That's the 2nd thing. Mmmmm, Jensen on the big screen. Oh my. If I don't post here for a while you know I'll be in the hospital due to excessive fainting and drooling.

I was talking with a friend earlier tonight about Christian Bale.......and as 'luck' would have it, he just so happens to be in the news tonight........and not in a good way. So, in the interest of fairness (Hey, Svenn ), his 'antics' should be acknowledged here, just as his 'hotness' is. But man, this episode, coupled with the last one (where he chewed his own mother and sister up and spit them out, to the point where they pressed charges) surely has earned him a session or two of anger management classes, right? Right?!? http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184891/vp/28992371#28992371
Holy crap. That was actually him yelling? He needs help.
My youngest (big Christian Bale fan) read that his defenders are saying that the tech guy interrupted 'the biggest scene' of the film, etc., etc., etc. ( Personally, I don't see how that justifies such bad behavior, but whatever. :

"Obsessive proportions"? Unless he's talkin' 'bout a trip to the US, I think he's 'safe'. Seriously, how lucky for you that he's talking about seeing The Boss on a weekend when you're seeing Jensen! That way, he gets what he wants, and you get what you want! That's a good thing, right? ;););)

Bruce will do a three hours concert on Saturday evening on May 30. I don't know when the tickets will go on sale. http://livexs.nl/Joomla/200901212821/Bruce-Springsteen-hoofdact-Pinkpop-2009

Ah, the 'uncensored' version. It's really sad, I think. I'm torn between "I can't believe what an absolute and total jerk he is" and "I can't help but feel sorry for anyone that's got that much pent-up anger and no constructive way to manage it".
