Michelle Williams played Jensen's girlfriend on Dawson's Creek. Or rather, Jensen played her boyfriend, since Michelle was a lead cast member. http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q316/extremegraphix/nekkid_jensen/dc614_28.jpg So not a fan of Jensen's hair at that time...but damn, he can appear topless more often, wouldn't say no to that!
I watched Dawson's Creek a lot back in the day, but I can't remember Jensen in it... maybe I was to preoccupied with Michelle
He only played in season 6, I think he was the guy at the help telephone line or something. He was called C.J. in the series. It's been too long since I last watched it too.

Hello I'm answering what is on the souvenir section. I've seen this now: "Lost Mozart masterpiece performed for the first time in France" http://www.yahoo.com/s/1019449 it's just the piece we talked about here, I saw the pic with the score and recorded something that is not similar at all to what's on the video www.oliversanz.com/mozartunknown.mp3

I couldn't wait for the weekend so I'm here... I know there's a new Bruce Springsteen single, a new U2 single... but I don't know how they are like... we're still depending on the living legends... I saw Bono singing In the Name of Love (what else?) in the day before Obama was... was... became president. In the place where Martin Luther King did the "I Have a Dream" talk. Bono wrote the song about Reagan at first, like "In the name of love, stop in the name of love!" but they thought that Reagan was not worth of entering the song and going down in music history, so they changed for a song about Martin Luther King. U2 in the Capitol-Pride (In the name of love) It's impressive, though no-one sings the song, though the chorus is one of the most sung ever...

Funny how that works

Get stuck in any snowbanks today Svennie?
Not today, it's been raining. A lot of the snow has melted. But we'll have more snow the next couple of days. 20 centimeters tomorrow and 30 more on Saturday. I'm lovin' it! NOT!
Is there flooding when that much snow melts so quickly or does it all just flow out the fjords with no problems?

I remember that, didn't your recording start out the same?

Quite true, as long as one is dreaming it may as well be a good one! At least until Bjorn makes a 'rule' against it

Hey Svenn! Nice new thread...very cool. I heard not long ago that Art Garfunkel will have some stops in my state in this current tour. I'm gonna see if I can't get to at least one of them. Looks like I missed Crosby and Nash's tour this time. Maybe next time.
I like Art Garfunkel. What a great voice he has! I think there are other members of the Supernova who like him too. I am not quite sure, but I think we have talked about him before. It would be great if you cold see Art on his tour. This is a very nice song by Crosby, Stills and Nash:
Teach your parents well I know that song I particularly like 'Suite: Judy Blue Eyes' and 'Our house' Some great tunes
Yes, I too, love Suite: Judy Blue Eyes. Fantastic, fantastic song, all the way around. Of course, Our House is one of my favorites, too. I'm so glad you're 'discovering' CSN's greatness, Roy. They're way near the top of my all-time favorite artists.

Yay, I'm on the first page of the new thread! Is it OK to talk about Aretha Franklin as well? I was kinda surprised to hear her sing the British National Anthem today until I realised the lyrics were different I know the American lyrics from the musical Hair but the melody is slightly different and I never knew it was nicked from the British Anthem... I wonder if I can use this knowledge somehow in my upcoming exam about America Anyhow... Congrats to all you American people around here with your new president!! Let's hope he can put those bold, brave words into action
I know she was legendary or something,
Aretha Franklin, "legendary"? In a word, yes.

Congratulation to all Americans I'm happy with Onama but I'm also very affraid a lot of very high hopes and 1 man to do that : let's not be hard for him................he is just a man
Thanks y'all, for the nice wishes, but I too share your concern, Angela. I worry that people (especially Americans) have unrealistically high expectations up to which neither he, nor anyone else, could possibly live, especially not in a four-year term. I do hope to see tremendous efforts toward change, though. I think we're already seeing signs of it, too. Just yesterday (or Wednesday?), Obama held a meeting with his cabinet and senior staff, and informed them that many Americans will be called upon to sacrifice, and that included them, and that there is a pay-freeze in effect on their salaries until further notice. He also said that openness will be the 'touchstone' of his administration and that the days of doing things "in secret" and hiding behind technical loopholes in the Freedom of Information Act were OVER. I think both of these are very good 'messages' to send, and that he's starting off on the right foot, so-to-speak. But time will tell. He's bound to make some mistakes, and have some other errors in judgment, and I'm sure there will be plenty of scandal in his administration, just like in pretty much every admin. But I sure would hate to see him castigated for not being the 'god' that many think they see. He is, just as you say........only a man.

I know she was legendary or something, But when I heard her sing, the only reason I could think of why she'd be a legend, was because she did the vocals of Donald Duck... At least, it sounded like she did...
You know Aretha because of the voice of Donald Duck : that woman have one of the most beautiful and powerfull voice in the whole world
Amen to that. As for anyone mocking that fabulous hat she wore on Inauguration Day, cuz personally, I thought it was fabulous.

No, but when she just sang, at the inuagrua-something-someting (that word is much to difficult for me to type) she sounded like Donald Duck ops:
The word you're looking for is "inauguration".
Maybe 'cos she's 'old',
Bite your tongue.
But she's 66, just like Paul.
So is Paul "old" too, then? :
But Paul doesnt sound Donaldish, though.
Neither does Aretha, to my ear.
