johnny halliday and sylvie vartan vids strike me as very entertaining. they must be gigantic stars in france, they must practically own france...halliday has a beautiful voice full of emotion. a very emotional dramatic voice and dramatic, some would say almost histrionic songs, but i enjoy them

SusyLuvsPaul:
Some gorgeous songs here you chose, Suzy! "What Does It Take"..(wow!) and "Easy for You To Say" are old faves of mine...just great! 'Shotgun" is a kick as well!

Nice Susy! I just love this video ...makes me dig the song even more when I hear this one....Paul is looking fine here, isn't he?
-
yes yes yes, looking and sounding good there, isn't he (as always)

Since dance is my first love, I thought it would be fun to find and "tube-up" some great dancers and dance routines....makes for a bit of a change, starting with probably one of the greatest dancers eva'...... MICHEAL JACKSON - tremendous!!
-
'SHALL WE DANCE' - Jennifer Lopez
-
HIPS DON'T LIE - Shakira (Feat. Wyclef Jean)
-
'hips don't lie' (LOL) NOW THERE'S A FUNNY song title, makes me laff, thanks miss claudia...always love a good laff, hee hee oh boy 'dancing with the stars' starts sept. 23 (i think)...got a teeny bit hooked on that the last couple of seasons. anyways found myself watching fairly often. it's a relief from being overly intellectual (although lord knows, that's a good thing to be), isn't it. some handsome men on there to give us gals an eyeful. that's only right & fair, isn't it claudia actually some of the guys are a little too handsome. that maxim guy is.
-
Hey Suze...glad I gave YOU a chuckle...you've certainly given me a few! Yeah, brains are sexy aren't they!...well, here's a guy with brains, talent , and looks!. I found this is my favorites this morning ...it's an "oldie but goodie".... I'm sure you'll remember.... HERB ALPERT - This Guys' In Love With You
-
that's funny you posted that link, claudia a few days ago, or a week ago or something, suddenly that song started to play in my head. i don't know why, as i haven't heard it in a very long time. i enjoyed really hearing it this time, again, thank you for some reason that song reminds me of 'close to you.' the melodies a little similar? wow herb alpert was handsome, wasn't he? i wish he had been an actor in movies, don't you? and given us an eyeful

Ahh...a little synchronicity of sorts between us... ..I get those alot, especially with people I'm in tune with..(pardon pun) It's a great song, isn't it? And yes!...Herb Alpert is a beautiful man...just the way he moves in that video....very laid-back and sultry, and that smile of his ...wow. Anyway, here's another song....not alot to it, but really nice horns and melody, and very nice groove going. Oh, and Suze, check out those dimples when he blows his horn....adorable! RISE - Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass
-
THE POLICE - Synchronicity
-
oooooh (gasp) 'rise' a really cool, sexy song and video many thanks i love 'retro' stuff like that, and vintage movie mags that feature 'liz and dick' -- and ted turner classic movies, movies were the best back then, i sometimes feel that very strongly... 'sting' looks tacky there (laughs). the whole thing is so 80's. but that was a good album. 'i have only come here seeking knowledge, that they would not speak to me in college'-- 'king of pain, i'll always be king of pain' (i've felt like the queen of pain in the past, but for years now 'i haven't got time for the pain, i haven't the room or the need for the pain'-- i'm not 'the queen of pain' anymore, and as you might imagine, glad about it )
