Tim_:
I'm disappointed the show isn't sold out! hopefully that will change soon. my brother is going, but i'm too poor
They might not know how many people they can fit into the Commons. It's general admission after all, and there are no seats. Besides, the less people the better the chance I get to be up front!
-
Does anyone know at what time the show is scheduled to begin and if there will be any pre-show? The gates will open at 3PM and I suppose Paul will not start before 7-8PM.
-
there is supposed to be an opening act or two. I would say Paul wouldn't hit the stage until 9:00 like he did in Quebec last year.
-
1 month away! 29 days before I get to Halifax!

Nobody does know for sure how many can fit into the commons, but I believe a complete sellout is a little over 100,000.

when they had reports about this show originally, they quoted 60,000 for the show, which included the VIP seating in the bleachers. It's not a sell out.

Yeah, thats what they expected, not what the venue can hold. They didnt expect PM to fill the place apparently.

If anybody still has not gotten a ticket for the Halifax concert, I have an extra ticket since I will no longer be attending. Obviously, I will sell the ticket at or below face value to any interested fan here on the forum. I'm not interested in profiting from it. PM me if interested.

Halifax is notorious for being a city with a "Walk up" crowd. Many are waiting to see what the weather will be like.

Apparently Paul has given the ok for a local radio station to run a contest to select 5 songs to be in the setlist... http://www.kool965fm.ca/index.asp?mn=2&id=1211&cc=5 Let's all decide to vote for something like Bip Bop to see if this actually pans out to be true come concert day. DCD Ltd.

This is totally incredible! We should all decide on some songs and fill the ballot box. Isn't that the way the Merseybeat contest worked (according to Gerry Marsden) My choices are: Venus and Mars/Rockshow Rocky Raccoon Maxwells Silver Hammer No More Lonely Nights Beautiful Night but there are alot more neat ones also...The Night Before, Your Mother Should Know, OblaDi Oblada, etc...man, and tons of Wings and Solo Stuff! Podgie (I'm all excited!) Monkey
