Just bought tix to see these guys in concert in June... always liked them from the 80s and 90s, especially "Seeds of Love" which is so Beatles like... I'm embarrassed to admit that I completed glossed over buying their last release from 2005 "Everybody Loves a Happy Ending" This album sounds to me like what Paul and John could have sounded like together, in collaboration, in this millennium had they continued on.... Better than Oasis, ELO or the other Beatle like bands. The guys have their own sound, yet they do pay homage to the Beatles and are clearly influenced. But make no mistake, this is not a cover band, just a ground of super talented musicians. I have no explanation of why they are not super mega huge rock stars. In my mind they are. Several nods to songs like "Come Together", "Let 'Em In", the album title songs sounds like a mix of Uncle Albert meets "A day in the life" Then another standout track, "Who Killed Tangerine" sounds amazing...

a wonderful lushly produced album, with Beatle like hooks in almost every song that any Paul fan or Beatle fan would enjoy.... give it a listen...

      When you're wide awake,
      Say it for goodness sake
It's gonna be a great day...

I love their music so much...I was lucky enough to see them about a year ago. My favorite songs of theirs are Woman In Chains and Sowing the Seeds of Love.
