THE EAGLES

Deacon Frey, the son of the late great Glenn Frey, is the new member in THE EAGLES! THE EAGLES sound great with Deacon! LONG LIVE THE EAGLES!
-
There is also news reports that Country Music Star Vince Gill is also in the Eagles as a member and replacement for the late great Glenn Frey. During the recent shows late last month (October 2017), especially in Atlanta, Georgia, both Deacon Frey and Vince Gill were performing as members of The Eagles! Check them out on Youtube and post them here on this thread! LONG LIVE THE EAGLES!

I always liked the Eagles. I did make a long discography & song selection list but I can't find it. Should need to make another one but that's too time consuming right now. Off the top of my imagination I would say that "Greatest Hits 2" was my favorite but I never owned an LP of originals. Someday in the future I probably am going to get their whole catalogue and their solo catalogues too. They made as many great songs on their own as they did together. R.I.P. Glen

Thank you for the welcome! I listened to The Eagles Greatest Hits Vol. 2 a lot. I owned both #1 and #2 but I always gravitated towards Vol. 2. Peaceful Easy Feeling, Already Gone, Take It Easy were good but I liked Heartache Tonight, Hotel California and Life In The Fast Lane a little more.

You're very welcome! I love all of the songs on Vol. 2! Actually, I love all of The Eagles songs! I think you feel the same way too! Take care.

THE EAGLES are back Nancy! I think they just stopped in your area, Atlanta Georgia! Check it out on youtube!

Only took me about 44 years, but I finally bought the Eagles' first two albums. Good stuff. I think the band will be successful through the rest of the 1970s. And maybe beyond.

Don Henley just said in a recent interview that there is a possibility that The Eagles will record a new album and tour in 2018. I hope this really happens, I would love to see The Eagles. Vince Gill and Deacon Frey are still in The Eagles, there is talk of getting Don Felder back in The Eagles. Stay tuned for more news to come.
