Is that Paul coming on stage or door opening?

Doors are 1730. Hope the weather holds up! Thunderstorms had been forecast but it seems to have improved to "just" rain now!

Berlin, Dresden and Rostock will join the rest of Germany in facing daily bouts of disruptive showers and thunderstorms this coming week. Showers and thunderstorms will increase across northeastern Germany on Monday and Tuesday Those with outdoor plans should prepare for additional disruptions. As soon as thunder is heard, the risk of being struck by lightning is present. It is not out of the question for small hail to fall, especially in northwestern Germany. "Most of the shower and thunderstorm activity will occur in the afternoons and evenings," AccuWeather Meteorologist Rob Richards said. http://m.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/germany-daily-storms-expand-to-berlin-hamburg-flooding-next-week/58052902 Could this put the gig in doubt?
-
Yeah the weather doesn't look too good, 40 % risk of thunder and it will surely be rainy but I think it's unlikely that the gig would be cancelled. Queeing won't be much fun though!

Ive sat thru a few outdoor concerts in the rain, pouring rain at least once. but if there is lightning that is dangerous and that could make them stop the show. I hope the weather is ok for you!

OMG, what a drama can be made from the fact that it might rain a bit and there might be a storm (very unpleasant for us who attend an outdoor gig, but absolutely nothing special otherwise). I never get used to the fact that everything today must be shocking and sensational. After reading such an article you should probably sit at home and be scared that the storm is comming to kill you. Besides, the sentence as such is wrong of course - as soon as thunder is heard, you know there WAS a lightning, and you know it didn't struck you Based on previous events, you might suppose, there might be another lightning, but that possibility is always there, so it is really best never to go outside.

I will if rain won't prevent me from taking out my camera.

Hi there, I am a bit worried regarding the weather... If it rains its tough luck - its an open air concert, so we have to be brave ;). But these days we had horrible thunderstorms, lightnings etc - this might be a real problem tomorrow - even leading to a cxl or shutting down of the show...

View from inside the arena today I thought we might avoid the rising platform at this show, but it is there in all its "glory"!

But the big video screens won't be there. Concerts at the Waldb?hne only have the small screens left and right of the stage. These are not as good as Paul's own screens. But I think it's impossible to install them there, because the space is so limited.

Getting ready to depart for Berlin, hope everyone going has a great time this eve!
-
Going to the venue now, really excited! Where is the queue for stehplatz? Went by Waldb?hne yesterday and I found it confusing that the arena itself is located in a enclosed forrest Have a great day everyone see you tonight
