Paul McCartney 2016 Rumors

Any chance of Russia?
Not a single chance, out of political reasons unfortunately. "When we played in Moscow [..], we got to meet the members of the Russian government" *Amsterdam crowd booing* "There's Poetin, there's all the people..." *Amsterdam crowd booing* "H-he was okay then... He... he seemed okay. Anyway..."

He's never played Northern Ireland as a solo artist - maybe one day!
I hope he comes there!
On a related note, are there any rumours of a Scottish gig? There's still the question of whether Paul's shout-outs to Scotland, Australia and (sort of) China earlier in the year were "an early clue to the new direction" or "just a troublemaker" (to quote A Hard Day's Night). If we see a Scottish gig added to the European tour, then perhaps that might bode well for Australia and China/Hong Kong?

I'm surprised there wasn't more booing! Coming less than a year after MH17, it was a little insensitive to say the least.

WOW!!!!! CIA? MPL? One of the Band? Happy to be thought of so highly. But sorry to burst your bubble...just a plain, ordinary, nice guy who like you happens to love the music of Paul McCartney!!! I have been blessed with the gift of many dear friends because of it. Each with their own wonderful gifts! Luckily some are able to lend a hand and help me when I need it! My next show will be my 121st McCartney show since 1989. Some of you will know me from my photos that have been used by Jorie's site, Steve Marinucci's site, Macca Central, Beatlefan Magazine and of course my own photo book that I self published called Paul McCartney "A Fans Eye View" which has in the neighborhood of 800 of my photos from the 2009-2010 world tours.
I think Bob (if that's his real name) can't be a plain ordinary guy, 12o shows, seems to have all the answers to concert dates, photo's on all the Macca sites, published a book, just doesn't fit. A few theories, CIA, part of Paul's security team Tuttle from MASH Johnatn Goldsmith (The Worlds Most Interesting Man) Dos Equis works for MPl scheduling concerts
More like one of the voices from the muppets you trouble maker.

Cool! I have a passport (just got back from Havana, Cuba!), days off (using them to go to Italy in July!) and savings (see previous). But I won't use any of those for a concert. I can't even imagine 19 times!!! But I am happy for you.
I am aiming for 50 concerts. So I wish for Paul and me a lot of good health and wealth so that I can reach the target
May you both meet your target goal!!
Thank you, we may be hearing announcements for Argentina soon, someone posted on Facebook there will be a concert in Cordoba and 2 in Buenos Aires
Enjoy !!!!

the uk charity show can't count as part of the tour surely
May not be officially part of the tour but will count as one of the shows that he plays that month. As I said pattern has been 6-8 shows per month. So unless he comes back to Europe at a later date, if Madrid rings true..you already have 6 schedule in June..so expect maybe 1 or 2 more...outside chance of 3.

From where I was standing that evening, the atmosphere turned a bit sour, I thought it was pretty damn loud. But I can barely hear it from this point of view either. I genuinely don't think McCartney, one of the most political correct celebrities, for better or worse, had bad intentions. He was just on autopilot telling the same story like he did for the last 10 years on stage .

Just look as pattern stays basically same. April 2016. 6 shows May 2016. Looks like 7 June 2016. If Madrid is good...6 so far October 2015. 5 shows July 2015. 9 shows. May 2015. 5 shows April 2015. 5 shows November 2014- 5 shows October 2014-8 shows September 2014 - 1 show August 2014- 6 shows July 2014- 6 shows May 2014- 1 show April 2014- 5 shows November 2013- 6 shows August 2013-3 shows July 2013-7 shows June 2013- 6 shows May 2013- 10 shows Been pretty consistent

Oh, I have a friend in Dublin and I promised him if Paul performs there I will try to fly and attend the concert with him. Can you believe Bob saw 120 Macca concerts but the only time I met him was at a Brian Wilson show? lol

Forest Hills would be cool

Forest Hills would be cool
And lately Forest Hills has been booking such 60's artists like Bob Dylan and Paul Simon. Would love to see McCartney perform in the same stadium the Beatles did...would be so cool!!

Lol. Well for one, have never done South American shows. And we have probably shared at least some of the same shows unwittingly

The window in July is very, very small but possible

Once again, the local media in Boise is practically begging Paul to come here. Any chance in July? Maybe before/after a potential Vegas gig? http://www.idahostatesman.com/entertainment/ent-columns-blogs/words-deeds/article65092442.html
