Paul McCartney 2016 Rumors
-
July 12 - Philadelphia, PA - Citizens Bank Park July 19 - Hershey, PA - Hersheypark Stadium Paul McCartney has confirmed three more stops on his hotly anticipated, brand new 'One On One' tour, which opens tonight in Fresno, CA. On July 10, Paul will play the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, his first visit to the Queen City since the 'On The Run' tour filled the Great American Ball Park in August 2011. July 12 will see Paul hitting Citizens Bank Park--home of the Philadelphia Phillies--returning to Philadelphia by popular demand following last June's sold-out stop on the 'Out There' tour at the Wells Fargo Center. July 19 is confirmed as Paul's first ever appearance in Hershey, PA as he brings the 'One On One' tour to Hersheypark Stadium.

It's going to be an expensive summer - need to stock up on ramen noodles.
-
you are telling me. Add these Pennsy shows on top of the two Minny and St. Louis shows I am already going to broke as well. Come on Northern Jersey/NYC!
-
Unless things have changed, looks like one more July to go
-
Booked a hotel room for Philly before they get sold out - now just have to hope I can actually get tickets.
-
This is the first time since I moved from Boston that someone I want to see is coming here. They get lots of big name acts here but it's either country (which is fine with my wife!) or newer pop/(c)rap acts...none of the classic rock or 1980s/1990s/2000s alternative stuff I like. Until now!

Really hoping for NY/CT Would be insane if he didn't come
-
Prepare for insane
-
I am puzzled as to why Cleveland keeps on getting skipped?!

Don't give up hope!
-
That is insane but maybe he is saving it for a several night stand on a different leg of this tour. I am going to enough shows already shock
-
So far my theory is holding up. Last few times he played Philadelphia, it was indoors. Last time he played Cincinnati, it was outdoors. I'm just going to go out and say last time he played middle Pennsylvania, it was indoors. (I know State College and Hershey are a notable distance apart but just go with it.) He's playing the same markets he has been for the past decade, just playing new venues. The only big exceptions being Portland, Hershey (kinda,) Little Rock, and Sioux Falls (still can't wrap my head around that one.)
-
Bob-I take it you are going to the two Pennsy shows? if you would go to a third this summer would you go N/S/E or W of Ocean County?
-
Not doing Hershey Park, Philly is a maybe. Much depends on what is done with setlist which we'll know after tonight. But other than that being an Ocean County man...I would probably go both North and South depending if things have/ do not change since my last chat
-
Closest option being north
-
Any Miami/Ft Lauderdale rumors to hang any hope to?
-
Anybody hear any DC rumors? That's about the only thing keeping me from getting amped over Philly...of course, if there is a DC show I may just do both! What a day to be a macca fan...and the tour opening tonight will be incredibly telling as to how many shows to tackle this summer!
