Remembering Linda

Had never seen it before either! I've noticed that vintage photography dealers and auction sites have the rarest photos. Was wondering if the above photo was publicity for Broad Street, or perhaps McCartney II?

I'm pretty sure that photo was available via the Paul McCartney Club Sandwich as I have it somewhere in my collection. Its associated with the So Bad video shoot so you were spot on with your mentioning of Broad Street.

Thanks, Kestrel! Loved watching this. Whoever did Linda's hair did a wonderful job, she looked lovely. And the song "So Bad" was sung so sweetly by Paul, definitely (of course!) for Linda.

Have no idea. Guess we could check on that beatlesdaily.com link I posted with the photo, and see if anything was said...

Already did - nothing there.

I think it might be Robert's son, Logan Plant (born 1979).
Although he's obviously younger (and older),there are photos of him here:

Someone has probably posted this, however, I loved this article about Linda buying poppy seeds, the kind you put on bread... and then she would spread them out the windows when they were driving along. It made me smile. Love Brian Clarke’s work and wish I could get over there to see it. Let’s write him a letter asking him to come bring his Exhibit to the US!
Brian Clarke dedicated this exhibition to his friend Linda McCartney.

Is this the same person as in the original photo? What do you think?

I think its him, especially comparing your photo with the boy in the 'yellow cap' & 'three generations' photos in your first link. If your original photo was taken in the early nineties then it would have made Logan around 13 / 14 which I think corresponds with the age of the boy in the photo.

I don't know what you're referring to by "three generations" but I think you mean 3 eras? (Young boy, teenager, adult)
Yes, that must be Logan Plant in all the photos.

Click on the top link in your post (reposted below) and the page it produces, when scrolled down, has 12 'related images' photos. The middle photo in the right hand side column has a caption beginning 'three generations together'.

March 12, 1969.
Has anyone seen this photo before? Linda seems to be the only girl that day who didn't cry! Lucky, lucky woman.
Glad Paul was able to find true love, and someone that loved him for HIM, and not for obtaining status or money or just the image of who he was. Linda was good for him and truly his soulmate!

Sorry, I can't find it and don't have time right now to look further. Here is a pic I did find that cements the fact that the boy with Paul is Robert's son:

Yep, have seen it before - funny!

That's the photo but the caption is written differently in your original link...ie there's no mention of 'three generations' in your new link.

What do you mean by "the top link?" I clicked on every link I posted and I still see nothing that says "three generations" but I did find the photo of Robert Plant with his dad and his son.
