Have always liked this album cover, and album of course, and the TV special that went with it. A few years before, Paul was interested in a science fiction project with Gene Roddenberry (creator of Star Trek), so maybe the idea for the album cover came from that.

This could have been taken after Linda was diagnosed with cancer, not sure of date, but she always showed a lot of courage, and tried to remain positive in spite of what she was dealing with. She'll always be an inspiration and positive influence for all the good things she did, and for the wonderful love story she had with Paul.

Yes, I love this cover photo! It also makes me think of it in an Ecological manner with the Earth being the egg.

Not sure when this was taken, but it looks like there's a "Golden State Warriors" logo behind them.. maybe that would be a clue.
