:Well look on the bright side. That's way more than David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Mick Jagger, Pete Towshend, Robert Plant, or any other aging legend I can think of interacts with their fans.

I found an old Beatle Fan mag from the 80's yesterday among my things with a piece by Derek Taylor about the famed late 60's Apple business with all the Beatles actively involved at the posh London Apple digs, and how remarkable it was that the Beatles "were suddenly accessible to most anyone who dropped by the offices," wrote Taylor. Whereas for so long prior they were "completely out of reach." Made me think how today the Net can suddenly make the biggest stars in the world aware of you even though you're just an "ordinary" non-famous American or whatever. They might chance upon your writings. You should always be hyper aware of what you write on the Net. You could get booted off a site, "banished" forever as has happened here, for instance. (Especially here, LOL)

I think we've got to be canny see. We here on the forum have to decide on one question to ask the git each month, then we all ask the same question in unison. I suggest this month we ask when his next newly recorded album is to be released. Wise idea?

I think this is a great idea
I think Paul will take the time to answer the question himself... However he would be wise to have his staff go through all of the questions, like someone mentioned, there are so many! Remember when he did that that one broadcast, where you could call in online, and he actually answered some of them LIVE, including Liverpool Brides ? That was fun!! Then the band came online too and had a few words... It was really nice!! And as someone pointed out, Townsend, Plant, Jagger, Young...ect. Do not do that... Trying to think of a good question...

Actually Neil Young is very into his website. You can go on there and read his newspaper NYTimes or Neil Young Times.
Before that he had the LWWtoday, Or Living With War Today, during the President Bush era. As far as Paul, I don't have a question for him, but wanted to say I really think that photo of him sitting on that cool antique loveseat looks great. The photo of his face is one of the most handsome shots I have seen in a long time. Thanks 2 whomever took that beautiful photo! Those eyes! woof woof! -
I for one was totally surprised when I got the email regarding this. I'm glad that it will be a regular thing and its actually pretty exciting!
I think its a great way to connect by answering all kinds of questions that we wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to ask. Heaven knows my list of questions are practically endless! This definitely gives me something McCartney-related to look forward to monthly -

Good point! Also, to be honest, I want this to be something cool to look forward to and a weekly thing would probably get boring fast (not to mention his busy schedule). I think this kind of a monthly thing is perfect, my only complaint is that its just one question. I wish he could answer three each time or something... Still, its a great way to connect directly with fans everywhere on a regular basis.
