Not only will I give you guys the title i'll describe my idea for the cover - lets remember a little bit of controversy shifts albums Paul McCartney new album Am "Smokin" My idea for the cover is Paul standing in a weed field with a gigantic joint in his hand, in the background a old steam train will be passing with smoke bellowing out the funnel - the smoke will read "puff the magic dragon" The last song on the album should be a rocker, something in the same mode as "Spin it On" as the song starts to fade we start to hear the sound of a steam train approaching, as it gets louder and louder it passes through from one speaker to next with its horn echoing woo woo just as that happens Paul starts singing "Puff the magic dragon lived by the sea>>>> he is then joined by a choir who sing the song to the end with Paul wailing in the background. just a idea - :
Thank goodness you're not his manager!! ops: : Just had to say it...
To late i've already submitted my idea to MPL - I even got a reply. Dear Robert You cannot be serious Best Wishes Herbertmacdiddlypoo
I got the same letter from the same Herbert when I wrote MPL about giving Macsback free reign over the board.

Old Dog. Same Tricks. or Tripping Over My Tongue. (I just loved the LSD reference in the title Tripping the Live Fantastic)

George was a great ukulele player

was he really?

I hope Paul is not intending to use whichever title wins the poll for his next album. That would be a huge letdown. The title is one of the elements that should be the brainchild from the artist as part of the creative process. Allowing that would put the work in a lower class atmosphere and destroy the whole concept, artistically speaking.

Apparently so. On a related topic, I was surprised to learn from Paul's concert banter that not only was George a good ukulele player, but Paul was also a Beatle at one time.

He should call his next album 'Alright'. how's the album? Alright. no not whats it called jackass!! Alright alright geez or actually I still say Paul should call his next album 'Oscillating Diamonds'. that would be sweet. he's like the only artist that could pull that title off. In my mind. ..plus 'Alright' would be a little ode to Lennon's howling on Revolution

I'm thinkin' "TOPPERMOST" would be a great title. Plain and Simple. Maybe Paul on top of Everest. Something like... Quickly done, but cool. Podgie (did you know "Abbey Road" was almost called "Everest"?) Monkey
they (beatles) were gonna name an album everest...so it would be fitting podge.

Yes, with my title, Paul can always lay claim to having had the "Toppermost" album! I like it! Podgie (and I haven't even heard it yet!) Monkey
