Thanks so much, Denise! Love that photo, it's very good of both of them I remember that interview for US magazine, the photos turned out really well. They also were on the cover of People magazine, with a featured article, I think in the late 1970s. I think this photo was from the People magazine photo shoot, it's another good one of them! http://www.mybeatlescollection.com/images/BROWart/120610browimageB.jpg I hope someday that Linda's vegetarian food line will be available in the USA, I'm sure Paul and their (now grown!) children have looked at different options on that. Hopefully one day it can happen
The food line was available briefly here in the 90's. As I recall the sodium levels were through the roof. This was for meals, not veggie burger or sausage products. I only saw them for a year or two. Of the Us magazine shoot, this was one of my favorites. I actually use it as the lock screen on my phone. I loved Linda. She seemed so real and down to earth. Am very grateful I was able to get tickets to the 93 show because it was awesome being able to see her as well as Paul.

Didn't know the food line was available here in the US at one time. That's too bad about the high sodium content. I've heard that whenever there's a meat substitute, a lot of salt is used... probably to enhance the flavor that's lost with real meat. People that are on low salt diets would have to be especially careful.

That is a great photo! Thanks for sharing that, can see why you'd want to use it on your phone

That's great you were able to see Paul and Linda in concert! She did seem like a very genuine and down to earth person, and she created such a good home for Paul and their children... in addition to finding time to helping Paul with his music, and pursuing her own interests as well. It's hard to believe that this March will be Paul and Linda's 48th wedding anniversary! Love the photos you posted too, oobu24! The expressions on their faces in the first photo is priceless, lol. Is that Heather and Stella with them in the second photo?

This is one of the first photos Linda took of Paul, at the Sgt Pepper's album release in London in 1967. Love the striped suit with the colorful socks

It was May 19, 1967 and she had met Paul on the 15th at the Bag 'O Nails, but I don't think she took any photos of him until the Sgt. Pepper launch party on the 19th at Brian's flat. Of course this is the famous one she took that day:

Hi NancyR! Love the photo Linda took of the four Beatles. I remember reading in an interview that the photo is prominently displayed (in a large frame) at MPL in London. The photo I previously posted was taken on May 19, 1967 at the Sgt Pepper launch party. Found photo at this link https://www.pinterest.com/catz61883/linda-mccartney-photographer/ and the caption on the photo gives photo credit to Linda. The photo was originally posted at http://rarebeatles.tumblr.com/ . This is another one from the same pinterest site (see link above) that is also credited to Linda, taken at the May 19, 1967 Sgt. Pepper launch party. Paul looks very smitten with the photographer

I hear ya, Sister! I'd probably giggle though, and walk backwards and trip on something... then accidentally take a picture of the ceiling... This is the one that was in all the newspapers at the time... Paul McCartney seen chatting with American photographer Linda Eastman... not sure what other photographer(s) were there, but it's good they were able to capture these moments on camera!

You're welcome Leslie! I love that photo shoot and have tons of ones taken of the Beatles that day.

That's great that you have more photos, Nancy! I love that photo shoot too, and would love to see more I found some color photos from that day, but wasn't sure if Linda took them, or someone else.. probably another photographer did.

This is another good photo, probably from about the same time. I just admire Linda so much, she seems like she was such a wonderful person, who did so many good things to make the world a better place. I'm a fan of her just as much as I am of Paul, lol
He really got lucky with her. Look at all The Beatles' first marriages and it's no wonder that Paul's succeeded.
