that photo is different in that he's playing with the Beatles, it's in color and he's not wearing the suit.

I'm not sure if this is the original colors and such. I saw this on a website where the people are known for their photo-changing skills and often coloring black and white ones. This photo in fact is used as part of their logo because it's coloring match. I don't think it's authentic. He's still beautiful to look at when he plays.

I was perusing the internet, as I'm known to do, and came across a tidbit on Paul I hadn't seen before. Apparently, on Sept. 22nd, 1999, at a post-show party for Run Devil Run at the Hammerstein in NYC, Paul, Laurence Fishburne, and Woody Harrelson were...umm...smoking...something green...and a picture was taken and printed in High Times magazine. The name of the photo is "The Three Stoners," because...umm...they like the Rolling Stones...yeah, that's it... Anyway, I can't find the picture ANYWHERE, and was wondering if anyone had it, could post it, or could point me in the right direction? I thought of e-mailing High Times, but they don't offer an "order back issues" option on their site. Plus, being a teacher, I feel a bit funny getting an e-mail from High Times at work, lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated! D

Now you got me wanting to see this pic too. It's fun playing 'spot the bag o'green stuff' in Paul pics.
-
Apparently, all three have rather red eyes...from allergies, of course...in the picture. Darn hay fever! lol wink
-
nows you got me going crazy looking for it.
-
It's become the Holy Grail of photos, I guess. ) I've got a few facebook friends scouring the 'net for it, as well. Surely SOMEONE must have a copy of it. )
-
My favorite along a similar theme is in Keith Richards' book Life. He and Paul are sitting in a beach house living room chilling on a couch. Paul's got on a Hawaiian shirt open. The table in front of them is strewn with cups of stuff including a very big bag of something. It's the first thing we noticed in the pic.
-
I've been wanting to get that book, but am waiting for the paperback release. It sounds quite interesting. It's funny that I've seen a ton of photos of Paul with...a green, herb-like substance in baggies...but this photo in High Times has eluded me. Now it's a challenge, and I hate to lose. wink

Then there's the video of him on tour in probably '76, in the backseat of a car with Linda, Mary & Stella, and he's casually smoking what is definitely not a regular cigarette!

To be honest, I know lots of people that hand roll their ciggies and smoke all sorts of legal things in them.

True, but given Paul and Linda's propensity for smoking their...basil...cigarettes, I have to believe that they're not smoking tobacco and tobacco products, lol. Didn't Paul and Linda smoke store-bought cigarettes, anyway?
