I cant wait! Catching a train at about 9.45 on sunday morning to get up there. its going to be about 2ish when we arrive so we'll be pushed getting to hear the soundcheck (which i'm a bit annoyed about, but of well lol). I'm so excited, and i actually volunteered to work all day saturday knowing that it'll be busy just so it keeps me on my toes and kills time! See y'all in Glasgow!

I hope everyone has a wonderful time I'm in block A7, row N which could be among the first 14 or 15 rows depending upon how the seats are arranged. From memory the tiered seating at Hampden starts from AA at the front with the single letters being further up (don't hold me to it though, I'm thinking back to Scotland games a few years back!) and I don't know if it will be similar on the pitch seating. I suppose we'll find out on Sunday! Have a great time.
I´m just behind you, I think, AA7, row P seat 22

I hope you're wrong so I'm not checking again in case I'm disapointed. Visit the Hampden website. It's pretty good on stadium layout. Never fear It's gonna be magical where ever we're seated.

Well, let the volcano errupt all it wants, I'm in Glasgow Didn't see any posters up yet Maybe I'll run into a few later on. I'm really, really tired. The school across the street from my house had a party last night and they ended it with very, very loud fireworks (100x loud than the stuff they use for LALD) and that woke me up. So I had a rotten night of sleep. No pub for me tonight Gonna find me some dinner (lots of places around here I noticed), take a shower and then ZZZZzzzz... Cause I have to be 100% fit for tomorrow night

Aye, they're really good. Not the type of band that wears wigs etc. Saw a few of their shows during beatle week last year, in one set, they played the whole of the revolver album. Really good. You going?

was thinking about going, just not in a very nice area, and dont know about pricing or time etc? it says on the flyer that its a fiver entry and doors open at 8, but does that cover seeing the band, and what time will the band be on at lol

In response to the person who mentioned the seating in the stand.its row A first then it goes through the alphabet before it reaches the doubles...so AA and so on is at the back. Just popped on to say, all those going have a great time and anyone travelling from a far I hope you enjoy Scotland and Glasgow, I'm sure you will get looked after

So you can't sleep either. I thought the seating was like that. That's reassuring.

What do you mean, not a very nice area? Cos it's near the barras etc? I wouldn't worry, it's fine, i've walked around that area before alone looking for a taxi and waiting on buses late at night, and it's not a problem. £5 gets you in the club and covers seeing the bands. I saw a band there before and i think they started about 9.3o, but there is a support band tonight as well, not sure what time they will be on. You should come along, and there is a space at the table if you wanted to come for dinner before it.
-
Anyone going to Maggie May's tonight that stays in the direction of Bath Street? I'm thinking of taking a cab back (not because I don't feel safe but because I'll be tired as hell) so maybe we can share a ride. If you do, just show up at 'our' table at MM's.
