It doesn't seem like there are many tickets available. 1 and 20+ in two of the blocks? I'm not an expert on seating though.
-
Nah, there is always a way to fill up a stadium or make it look more packed that it actually is
-
A few folk have told me that they might give away the cheap seats next week. This happened with the stones and george michael.

I hope they do, wanted to get a ticket for my brother and dad, but can't afford to just now. Even at £25 each on lastminute.com to much for me just now, don't get paid until a week after the gig. Also keeping an eye on ebay for a last minute bargain. How do you find out if they are giving away tickets?

Think my best bet is to try the touts. My dad hasn't said he wants to go, but thought it would be a nice father day surprise. It was my dad who got me into the beatles by giving me his old beatles vinyl records.

yeah my sister got 4 stones tickets for free from where she worked, we used two to go to the gig and kept two. didnt think on selling them haha. i still have a never used ticket with the stub on it and everything lol

This is from the Dublin thread

Well the question's not for me, but I can answer this: when Paul arrived the whole first row (and some from 2nd row and after) went upfront, and so the security couldn't do anything about it as everyone did it
Alright. I shall try it then.
Maybe we should try that, when the show starts, the first few rows should move up to the barrier I don't want to be sitting, and the nearer the stage the better for me

Do you think that the Scottish audience will accept that I keep standing during the show ? It appears that yesterday in Dublin, some French heard : Seat down please ! . People didn't accept them to be standing. If everybody is sitting, I will be sitting too but it will be very difficult (above all at the end - how is it possible to be sitting during Helter Skelter????)
-
i shall not be rushing to the gig early then. i wouldnt have minded some nonesense or even some ambient music . but i aint going to watch that chick from texas. lightweight middle of the road garbbage.
-
When I first read the comments about the support act, I was going 'WHAT, why flying in a girl from Texas?????' As you can tell I don't know her. I know some Texas songs but that's it. Sounds like I have all the time to enjoy my veggie dinner. No hurry.

This has been discussed before, I don't think anyone on this forum wants to sit! I think most of us here have seats in the front block, so we should make a pact to all stand, then everyone behind us will need to stand. Or we could do what they did in Dublin and when Paul comes on, rush down to the barrier, security can't tell all of us to sit down.

Lets go for it then! All stampede to the front, although i'm quite happy with 7th row, it's not near enough!! If there's a crowd of us, they can't tell the lot of us to sit down! I heard the Dublin crowd stole our idea about singing Happy Birthday to Paul last night!

yes, well hatch a plan! I've booked the table at Maggie Mays for 10 people at 5.45, the doors for Revolver open at 7.45, so that gives us a couple of hours for dinner and a chat. There is 9 people confirmed for the meet up so far, (not everyone confirmed that they are eating, but i've just assumed so), so booked an extra place just incase anyone else decided to come. And if any more come back to me, I'll contact Maggie Mays to change the booking. I will be in Maggie Mays early also Jolanda, so i'll look out for you. I'll recognise you from facebook.

Has anyone organised a coach from Edinburgh to Hampden on Sun 20th June ? Any places available for my son and myself ?
-
Heard Elvis Costello's name being branded about as coming to Hampden today. That would do nicely instead of the Texas wifey.
