We'll Watch The World As It Happily Ends

Just bumping up this thread again after four years in case someone has come across recent info on this 'mystery' song.

I first heard 'We'll Watch The World As It Happily Ends' on a bootleg compilation cassette of rare Macca related material back in the early 80's. Supposedly its a Wings outtake from around the time of the Back To The Egg sessions but its never been confirmed either officially or unofficially. So is this song a rare Wings track or is it by another totally unrelated artist? Has the artist been wrongly identified, intentionally or unintentionally? You decide? Unfortunately the recording is of poor quality:
.This doesn't sound like Paul at all to me. (I may have already mentioned that 4 years ago!)

No you didn't but at least you have now.

And if Trump wins, this song should become our national anthem.

It sort of sounds like Paul singing, especially the "ah ah ah ah the future" part, but it's hard to be completely sure. The musicality is wild, exuberant, intense yet free wheeling like Wings could be. It gets a rise out of you. It drags on a bit too long, though (?). Or maybe not. I like it overall. Seems like Paul would have mentioned it sometime, somewhere though and it's said he never did.
