Your Paul guilty pleasure song!
-
What solo/wings/Beatle song do you secretly have as a guilty pleasure that most people think is bad? Mine: - Ou Est Le Soleil - Famous Groupies
-
Magneto and Titanium Man
-
I have absolutely no idea which songs would fit in here...... Who are "most people"? Are we talking fans or just people.? Most of my friends are vastly unfamiliar with the majority of Paul's output, so anything that wasn't a hit is unknown to them. "Famous groupies" is a good song.
-
I guess mine would be...When I'm 64! That is sort of "our" song. Me and Liverpoolgrooms..you see we were married when he was 60! I hear that Paul wishes he'd never recorded it..true?

I think what I mean is... a song you love, but are a bit embarrassed about loving... so maybe a corny song or a song that has the "you either love it or hate it" effect.
-
I love both "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" AND "Rocky Raccoon". Bring it.

I'm glad you've decided to come out the closet on that. I'm proud of you, girl. Who else wants to come out?

I don't know if this are "not popular" songs but I like "Fixing a Hole" and "Freedom", I know this last is very unpopular here, but I like it really.

OK. Well, in that case I have no guilty Paul McCartney pleasure songs. I'm not embarrassad about liking any of his songs. But there some of his songs that I don't particularly like, and I'm not embarrassed about that either, cause they're bad songs
-
I guess "Heather", "The Man" and "Say Say Say" would be my guilty pleasures. ops:

The Man? Ouch. That's a true guilty pleasure! When I'm shuffling through my ipod and I hear the beginning of that song.. oh gosh... I just skip straight away. You're very brave!

Some question the lyrics... Who you gonna weep on? / who you gonna sleep on? Who you gonna creep on next? Weeping on a willow / sleeping on a pillow Leaping armadillo, yes

Fairly strong...until ya' get to "leaping armadillo," but -- as a metaphor -- it's a passable line.

Silly Love Songs. but I'm actually praising it's merits in public now

I love Maxwell's. Especially Steve Martin's version for the Sgt Pepper film with the BJs. still don't know how Rocky even got on the album.
