I have one question.. I was at various concerts in Austria, Italy , but no in GB. Every time before starting gig , in front stadium I saw peoples who seel thicket although thath concert was sold out. What is the situation in England with dealers ticket ? I have plan to go to Liverpool but I dont have yet ticket, ticket on some service on internet today are very exspensive. Is there any chance to found some people in front Echo Arena that day who sell ticket approximately normal price ? Sorry for my bad English , thank you
in England they call them touts and on the night of the concert they will be out in force selling tickets at extremely high prices and some will be fake tickets. The box office might have single tickets returns on the night so it's worth checking with them as well. You might get the odd fan selling a ticket at normal price it's worth a chance if you are in Liverpool

Another place to look is viagogo as it's a marketplace and tends to be cheaper than eBay ~ just if you wanted the security of having a ticket before travelling xxxxx

the trust tour is cracking as you get to go in the house a good tip is to join the national trust as members get priory and I think but I'm not 100% that member get in free to all national trust properties http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/beatles-childhood-homes/ http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/membership/

I've got a spare single ticket for Liverpool (selling at £80 face value) listed in the Members face value tickets & requests thread. Upper tier at the back though, so not the greatest seat in the house.. http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2844621#2844621 As mentioned by others, buying from touts & scalpers is risky, both with inflated/expensive prices and the risk that they might not be genuine. Others here on the Macca board might well have a spare Liverpool ticket to sell for a better seat, so probably worth asking in the tickets & requests thread - you'll be able to get something at face value ticket wise, rather than from an expensive & risky tout.

Would it be the day of the concert or the day after that a boardie meet up would happen if it were organised?
The day of the concert would probably suit best as a few people may have to travel home after the concert (either that night or early the next day) xxxxx
That makes sense! it'd be cool for us boardies to have lunch or go to a pub or something. I'm not familiar with Liverpool though so don't know any restaurants/bars there really.
As I said up thread, there are lots of bars and restaurants at the Albert Dock which is five minutes walk from the Arena: http://www.albertdock.com/food-drink/restaurants-bars/
I'd rather us drink in pubs the Beatles used back in the day rather then the sanitised bars on Albert Dock but that just me I'll go with the flow
Each to their own, I guess. I prefer a Rock pub myself, but Liverpool's not the best for those kind of places, so I usually end up somewhere like The Midland or The Beehive - a nice wee Liverpool pub. I was just trying to be helpful for those who haven't been to Liverpool before or are unfamiliar with what's where and want to be close to the Arena.

it's nice area for bars and shopping and as you say very close to the arena. The new shops and bars in liverpool are also handy just 5-10 minutes walk away from the venue. Lots of pubs in Matthew street that the Fab Four often used along with a few rough but decent pubs on Hanover street that the Beatles used and if I'm right I think Epstein had an office there oh and if you get the ferry over to Birkenhead there is a cracking rock bar called the swinging arms. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g209958-d3916045-Reviews-The_Swinging_Arm_Birkenhead-Birkenhead_Wirral_Merseyside_England.html#REVIEWS

Does anyone else have VIP hospitality experience tickets for Liverpool? I'm flying in all the way from Australia by myself for the show! Would be nice to know someone there.

I'm sure there are a few on here that have VIP hospitality for the gig We're trying to organise a meet up either before or after the show (probably both, to be honest) so even if you're by yourself at the soundcheck, you won't be for long xxxxx

Hospitality package doesn't include soundcheck for this show. They said something about conflicting times. I'm not vegetarian so it was an easy decision.

You need to book the national Trust tour to see inside the homes. They have two prices for Nat Trust members and non-members. Joining nat trust would only make sense for locals. Book the boyhood homes tour now before they are all booked up the week everyones flying in. I'm booked for May 27th at 2:15 PM. Payed 24 pounds whatever the hell that is
