Paul McCartney - YouTube Videos

While listening to the Dance Tonight Instrumental on youtube, I stumbled upon an instrumental version of Band On The Run as well which I really enjoyed, so here it is. I just love being able to listen intently to the rhythm and melody.

That's so great, Paul looks like he's having a blast, and nice to see him with the Star Trek guys, cool

LOL What a goofball. He sure was having fun getting the sound right, love the voices.

I just saw the wildest version of Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five on Youtube. I guess it's from One Hand Clapping(I don't know if we can link that?), the whole performance is interesting--starts on the piano-- but geez, the last part is nuts, he's really going nuts on the vocal, it's cool. He usually has an instrument in his hand when he's singing(or he looks like he doesn't know what the heck to do with his hands, which is kind of cute, to this day) but he's just got the microphone(and perhaps some kind of uh...smoking material) and he lets it rip from around minute 3 to the end. Kind of cool.

Cool. I wasn't sure if could post it. Though obviously I guess there wouldn't be any reason we couldn't. LOL Duh! I'm an idiot. I also saw this rather cool little vid on You Tube. It isn't even converted from a tape, obviously someone must have pointed their super-8 sound film camera at the tv and recorded it that way, the quality is awful. The content isn't. It's a TV news report about the Wings Over America tour. Paul's getting serious props in this report, which is sort of awesome. ETA: Just realized I forgot to include the link. Sorry:

This thread needs a bump, so here is another great Paul video. I've heard about this interview before but I've never been able to find it on youtube but here it is! It's the interview Paul did on Oprah from 1997. I guess a lot of the stuff he mentions has been heard before but I think the interview is fine nevertheless. Part 1:
Part 2: Part 3: Part 4: Part 5: -
thank you for this! I never got around to watching the whole thing and it's hard to find videos on this thread at times.
-
Thank you so much for posting the Opray interviews. I had never seen this interview before. So good! While watching I was thinking how it was only a few months before Linda's passing and Paul's heartbreak.

You're welcome, glad you liked it!

While watching these videos I was thinking what a pity Paul doesn't include 'Young Boy' and 'Beautiful Night' in his set list. I love the 'Flaming Pie' album.

As I was searching youtube (again) this evening, I went to Paul's channel and discovered this video which made me laugh so hard! It's so random but really funny as well. Love the teddy bear in the end! If it's been posted before then I hope you accept my apologies. http://www.youtube.com/user/paulmccartney?blend=1&ob=4&rclk=cth#p/u/32/WUktwAjG2y4

That is 'PUDSEY BEAR' from the Children In Need Charity. If you remember there was a photo of Paul leaving the Children in Need Concert last November and he is waving a smaller version out of the car window.
