Triplets Love Paul:

Which I'm thinking may be the bonus tracks listed above... not sure, anyone know? So, before I open it... do you think this is the same as the one listed in the store? Do you think the bonus tracks will be included? Is there any way to get a t-shirt still?!
Hi l2t, I purchased our RAM deluxe edition from Amazon. Although not listed, the digital only bonus tracks, Eat at Home/Smile Away and the Uncle Albert jam were included with the download material. The mini photographic book of outtakes from the original album cover photo shoot is not presented in the manner of contact sheets. It is a very sweet little book (about 3.5" x 5") entitled A Small Book of Sheep. Sadly, I am unable to help with the t-shirt, hope you find one!
Thanks so much for that Triplets... I will be opening it shortly then... I'll have to check on eBay for the t-shirt

***SPOILER ALERT FOR RAM DELUXE ARCHIVE COLLECTION*** Just opened my new purchase or the RAM deluxe archive collection. I have to say that it is so beautifully done, with much attention to detail. I was quite delighted with going through all of the goodies offered inside the the beautiful boxed package. Upon first opening it, was a lovely book which almost looks hand bound with a beautiful spine that is a colorful Indian design.... it is filled with photos of Paul, Linda, Heather, Mary and Denny... both recording and of the farm... doodles and photos of musical scores, hand illustrated track sheets, letters, lyrics, side notes, master tapes for RAM and Thrillington ...contact sheets collages and sleeves for singles... so many lovely things to see !! The uncut story of RAM starts here. It's an impressive yarn... Also a smaller booklet with more lovely photos and some of the marketing and promotional ideas that went into the album. So interesting to watch the progression and thoughts... The next layer was actually an envelope like the kind that Kodak made for photographic paper... with the same twist tie on the back... inside were some really nice quality glossy heavy paper photos taken from that time... almost expected to see the Kodak logo on the back The next layer included a Small book of sheep, with photos that were taken, I'm presuming to get the album cover photo... the cards for access to the download and also for the premium membership to paulmccartney.com on top of the 4 CDS and 1 DVD included. They were in proper paper sleeves, and not the cardboard holder ones that caused an issue on Electric Arguments My favourite inclusion was the envelope with copies of the handwritten lyrics folded up inside. Some with doodles from the children and Paul and not sure if Linda as well. The papers are double sided and have reproduced stains, scribbles and cross outs and side notes... it's a bit like discovering some papers that might have been lying on Paul's table in Scotland... very precious I am really glad to have finally purchased this! Well worth it... and I have to say a great Christmas Chanukah or birthday, holiday gift to bring joy and a big smile to a fan, or someone who may be just discovering Paul's music

Well I went into a bit more detail than what you can see from the pictures... I was happy to get all of the above. It was a great package and I think up for some kind of boxed set award. It should win... Next Paul item will be a DVD of the 12 12 12 concert... just waiting for that to be offered... ah hoping so anyway...

The Light Comes From WithinDidn't know they had a 45 for this! One of my favourite Linda songs... really enjoy the guitar on that one, as well... Just found another one of Linda's Calendars... they are like little treasures to open and see some unseen photos of hers... LOVE this cover photo!!
-
^^ Very cool calendar & pic! OMG...how funny. I'll try to post pics of my other 45s later.

Who is that on the calendar cover?! Looks like a little person.

I don't know, Linda took a lot of photos of random people... Maybe one of those. If it says who it is, when I get it, I'll let you know!

The Goodnight Tonight Disco Single. Interesting fact about Cherie & Marie Currie, Brian Ray said that he toured with the sisters supporting their album in 1981! Pretty cool.

Just received the calendar and that photo is only on the front. How old was James in 1982? It appears to be a blond haired boy... could it be him? He's holding a green apple...

James was 5 so no that's not him. It's an adult you can tell.
