I need an opinion of sorts. For those of you that have done this before! I am planning on getting two tickets to this show--(Spending upward to $150 or so per ticket) My only problem is that I fear that my computer runs far to slow to risk trying to buy through ticketmasters website. I was thinking about about going to my local ticketmaster on June 14th at 10am. My fear with that is still...What are the chances that all the tickets will sell out while they are processing the order?! Am I just being paranoid or is this a bad idea? If anyone has a suggestion please let me know!!!!
I'm thinking about the Ticketmaster Outlet too.. I might see if I can be online at home while I have someone at an outlet. I've never gone through a Ticketmaster Outlet before so I'm not sure how the odds are at getting a better seat.
I hope I quoted correctly - I don't post much, so please understand! My question is - why don't you just try to get tickets on the 9th? Edit to add a thought - at our ticketmaster, it doesn't matter how soon you get there - we put our names in a hat and about 10 min before the tickets go on sale, they draw names to see who is first, second, etc. I really don't think it is fair, but that's what they do.

I'm going to try on the 9th. But I'm coming up with a backup plan for the 14th in the event that the 9th doesn't turn out so good for me.

If I don't get tickets Wednesday, I'm definitely not dealing with ticketmaster online. I was once put in a 10 minute waiting line trying to get Bruce Springsteen tickets before, I can only imagine what Paul will be like so I'm going to my local Giant Eagle.

The pre-sale tickets go up first(online) on the 9th and then the general public tickets on the 14th, see?

I called Ticketmaster about Amex presale and they said there wasn't a Amex presale, just general public sale on June 14. Also, I need 6 tickets, is there a way to buy 6 tickets on the PM website presale? This is my first Paul concert and a dream come true, if it comes true. Hotel rooms are already booked! Oh, sorry. I'm a new member and can't wait to look around and start posting!

Ticketmaster told you wrong. They just had a huge advertisement on TV promoting the AMEX presale that starts Wednesday. You can only get up to 4 tickets on the PM presale.
-
Crowdsurge said that you can choose between FedEX or USPS to ship the tickets and also they don't send out the tickets until about 2 weeks before the concert.

Probably Wednesday morning, an hour or 2 before they do the presale. It should start at 10 but the Nashville presale was started about an hour and a half later.

Charlotte presale is going on right now and you basically pick the section you want and the number of tickets but you won't know the row or seat number until 24 hours after purchase, and there is no refunds or exchanges. This is very different from the previous presales.
-
I also find it interesting that the Pittsburgh ticketmaster page doesn't have a presale listed yet, it has general on sale for next Monday. Who knows what is going on?!?!?

Under the announcement for Pittsburgh on his website, it now says about middle in the page that details of the PM presale will be announced soon.

Wow, I don't like that. Hopefully it won't be the same for the other presales! Although if I just gets tickets I'll be happy!

Yep, that must have just been added in recently because I never saw that before.

I don't like either, but I think it's their plan to try and get rid of scalpers getting tickets through Pauls presale.
