I’ve never seen anything later than 1970ish. But I’d bet good money it’s still hanging in his closet in the house in London!
Oh I think so too! Like we said the other day, it's probably the oldest thing still hanging in his closet
As far as the fingers in the second photo... that is interesting... it looks like a bad photoshop job, or photo re-touch job...like they pasted new hands over the original ones... he has an extra finger at the bottom... no one has 11 fingers!

Thanks for sharing this, Oobu! The photo is exactly as Rami described it, when it was taken. It turned out great!

Yeah, his interview was cute. He was being a fanboy there about Paul.

Leslie, I love those 1990 photos! 48 years old then and still hot as hell!

Its amazing what make up, lighting and good photography can do !! At the 'Take It Away' video shoot, I had the opportunity to stand a few feet away from Paul at one point and I can still remember how rough he looked in real life as opposed to how he generally looked in photographs and on film. And he only had just turned 40 years old. And yes, he does look good in the finished video of course.

That's wonderful you were able to be at the "Take it Away" video shoot! Must have been a once in a lifetime experience for you! I know Paul probably wears "stage makeup" and has good lighting during his shows, but can't imagine him looking "rough".. he's always been such a sweet boy (I say boy because he'll always look the same to me as when he was a cute little Beatle boy mop top, lol)
If you were able to take photos of Paul at the video shoot, from a short distance, you'll have to post them for us sometime.

As far as Paul's videos it was, although I also went to the same Elstree studios four years later to be apart of a Kate Bush video, which was better to be honest. But it certainly an experience to be in the same space as Paul, Ringo, Eric Stewert, John Hurt and George Martin. I never took my camera, which looking back seems a bit strange, but I suspect the Wings Fun Club, who organised the attending of the event, must have stipulated that there was not to be any camera or recording equipment brought to the studios.

That makes sense about not allowing cameras. You probably remember last summer when Paul was playing at the Cavern and people were filming him with their cell phones, and he reprimanded them because the rules were that no one was to take photos/videos during the show. It was a privilege for them to win/receive tickets, so you'd think they'd be respectful of the rules!

If it was a condition of the ticket sale that no photography was allowed then that that should have been respected. Again name checking Kate Bush, when she played her London shows back in 2014, she asked her fans, via her website, not to film or photograph the shows. And out of sheer respect for Kate, out of the thousands who attended, virtually no one did.

That's amazing, considering this day and age of everyone using their cell phones!
