Speaking of positive thoughts, it's always good to see him smiling with a thumbs up!
I remember meeting Ricky Glover (the photographer) at a show in Detroit. He correctly thought Paul might show up at the Motown Museum in Detroit and happened by there, right before Paul did showed up.
Wondering if this photo is from that Detroit show. We were talking before the show, about to head over and hear the soundcheck from outside the stadium. He recognized Paul's car heading over to the stadium, so I think this photo might be from that day.
Paul has a timeless cuteness...his face stays the same, a very classy guy.
I've known Rick since 1982 (we both live in the Atlanta area - well, he has since moved to Florida) He told me (in person at the 2014 Atlanta concert) about how he went to visit Hitsville, USA in Detroit and it was closed which he thought was odd as it should have been opened. He starts to leave and who should pull up but Paul & Nancy! (so photo can't be this Detroit show because it was taken in 2005 when he was still with HM) He got a photo taken with Paul. He's also gotten chosen to be onstage with Paul. One lucky dude!
Rick sure is one lucky dude! I'm sure he told me he was going to the museum, hoping that Paul would show up, I mean it was the same day and right after he had met him... he was pretty elated. He did point out Paul's car as it went by in front of us. I didn't write down whether he or I took a photo at that time, I think he did wave to Paul.
I'll admit I don't have the time to document everything Paul does, whether he shaves and what he wears every day, nor do I have the interest. I just saw it was Rick and there was the possibility it was that day he took a photo. I saw your misspelling too and I can't be bothered to correct a possible typo. It would be really cool if you could just chill on correcting me all the time. We all have our own memories and I think everyone here loves the BeaTles in their own individual way. Peace and Love to us all. Next year is looking better for us all.

Please tell me what I misspelled. In college I wrote the word definitely as definately in a paper and my teacher said I spelled it wrong. I was glad to know the correct way. I was just telling you what he told me in 2014, that's all. And the photo is dated 2005 so I don't know what you're going on about.

Yes, it's always easy to spot Paul in a crowd. He looks so much like his grandson Arthur here!
I'd say in this photo he was about 16-17, so 1958 seems about right.

Some of us were having a discussion on FB about Paul and his love of sweater vests.
-
The conversation started where someone posted the photo of him with that vest on and the pants in this photo!
