(arriving in Japan yesterday)
I like this quite a bit but prepare for the ultimate nitpick of the century, I don't really like the watch he has on... Also, I just know someone will put this caption in this photo somewhere... "PS: im not advertising new by any chance"
" You do realise a lot of Gen Y's and Z's are probably asking, "What's a watch?"
I think Ringo64 is only about 13 if I remember correctly! (if I'm mistaking you for someone else, my apologies!)
Uh... That was me, I'm 15 tho...

Ringo64 already answered me that she is indeed 13.

(from yesterday's Osaka, Japan concert) The long blazer -- in maroon (I think):

Here is the actual quote: Beatles singer Paul McCartney relaxing in the grounds of his father's home in Gayton in the Wirral, Cheshire, wearing a pink polka-dot shirt and black slacks - and white plimsolls. This ensemble was described as a pink shirt with polka dots and white plimsoles (you can't see the shoes in this pic but they are I think just white tennis shoes) July 1968
Im gonna have to see the type of pink...for me, some pinks can be absolutely terrible and other can be the best thing ever. especially one type of pink that I don't wish to mention.... but the hair cut I like a bit. its cool with me.

Is that a see-through shirt? Seems odd to wear something like that to his dad's house. Just saying ...

That's why I put it in the Fashion Police thread! And Ringo64, I love love love his hair in the summer of 1968--my favorite Paul period is May 1967 to Sept. 1968. June 1967 May 1968 Sept 1968

P.S. I just noticed his cufflinks each have a big "P" on them! Paul thought it was funny too

Thanks for scoping that out for us.

(Paul's recent CD-signing in London) NO!!!!!!!!!! This outfit looks like a complete after-thought. The shirt and tie appear dingy and wrinkled -- totally clashing with the double-breasted blazer, which needs to go, regardless. Replacing the blazer with the sleeveless outerwear that he wore at the iHeartRadio thing would've saved the outfit.
I almost -- repeat: ALMOST -- considered retracting my comment on Paul and double-breasted jackets. As strange it may sound, the blazer that Paul wore at the HMV CD-signing looks much better in natural light: If the lapel were thinner, it would be perfect, but I think what kills the entire ensemble is that shirt and tie! It looks like he mugged a homeless guy because he quickly needed a shirt/tie piece for the event.

He looks precious there (sigh). I fancy his outfit. It doesn't look too "put together" or thought out. It's a bit charmingly casual and yet not too casual for the occasion.

Yep -- you can say that again.
