I walked my dog in our neighborhood yesterday (rather than the park) & picked up her 'duty' in a plastic bag. I left it outside the garage to put in the garbage can for pick up the next day. Well guess what? It was gone!?! Who took the poop?

First of all...bam then I think an animal took it. No one can see it on that side. Our lots are too big.

Fixing up the brown barn out in the country to resemble a big sitting room inside, decorated in country shabby chic, hoping it will look cozy and a little bit artsy although a barn with a stone floor. It has an upstairs too. Will use electric fans in the summer and space heaters in cold weather and hope they render it comfy. It's all cleaned out and shiny and clean and bare and ready to be furnished and decorated, and the window has been put back in. I'll be staying in an shabby old mobile home in front of the barn, at least part of the time, and therefore desired to use the barn as a sitting room although I can't really afford to fix it up but did anyway and am also paying to move furniture and knick knacks in Friday if weather permits. It rained a lot today. Will have to fix up the mobile home more, too. My sister dwells in one end. She will be the paid "housekeeper" of the rusty tin can residence when I can swing it--she has agoraphobia, she's going to be there all the time, anyway! Trying to cheer myself up with this project. Be cool if I felt I could actually sleep on the barn sofa all night sometime. Haven't seen many bugs in the barn at all, which seems a miracle. And it's been washed down, isn't dusty. Would have to fight a continuing battle against dust. The yard is very attractive with tall pine trees, lush greenery, and towering sea weed bushes like you see at the beach. I could stay outside a lot appreciating nature. It feels odd to actually finally own something. My sis and I will inherit this s rustic pread together. She's already lived there two decades. The property tax is low, so maybe we can hang onto it all.

Do you have a big barn bed, Susy? Would you believe that today is Petula Clark's 80th birthday?

"Big Barn Bed" You're funny, veggie burger har har, I might be sleeping in a tent in the yard too sometimes. am I givin' out too much info, never mind it's perplexing stuff anyway, how can anybody make any sense of it anyways I have got some cool things to place in that barn. Some nice funky furniture and country-type decor whatnots & knick knacks and pottery and sort of antiques passed down from various grannies. Hope no bears invade from the woods to tear up everything , make a big mess "The Mess" oh sweet darlin what a mess we're in (from Paul song)

That's it! No more ding dongs, cupcakes or twinkies. And...they are selling like hotcakes! Too bad. Those smart ass people on strike for more money now don't even have a job!

Guess we'll have to switch to hotcakes.

I liked the Hostess pies. They were almost healthy compared to a twinkie.
