Wondering if anyone has seen Absolutely Fabulous? The Movie? Stella McCartney is in it, maybe briefly, but she had at least one speaking part.
-
I plan to see it - I love Ab Fab!
-
Looking forward to seeing Pete's Dragon. And today's papers said that "Harry Potter And The Cursed Child" may eventually hit Broadway & other places!
-
Saw Star Trek: Beyond today and loved it (of course I've loved ST for almost 50 years now!) The tribute given to Commander Spock was touching. (And to Leonard Nimoy and Anton in the end credits)
-
TV stinks lately - nothing good on.

TV stinks lately - nothing good on.
You're not looking hard enough. There is a lull right now, but I'm watching American Gothic, Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll, Ripper Street, Botched By Nature, Ozzy & Jack's World Detour and The Making of the Mob: Chicago (the New York one was good too)
-
New movie coming out soon about early days of Pres. Obama and Michelle Obama's romance, produced by singer and musician John Legend
-
Triplets Love Paul:
Cannot wait for Beauty and the Beast:
Looking forward to seeing this too! Emma Watson will make an amazing Belle.
-
New Meryl Streep Hugh Grant comedy is out in theaters now
The "Ab Fab" gals already discussing a sequel to their big screener which was a much bigger hit in England than anticipated. And their flick must be popular elsewhere judging by the press it's garnered online and in print and on telly, and generally glowing reviews, hot dawg snazzy

I've never heard of any of those. But "Botched By Nature" was going to be the title of my autobiography.

Plan to see that one, too.

"Captain Fantastic" (not another super hero movie) stars Viggo Mortenson, reviews are mostly excellent That New Zealand film starring Sam Neill and a cute little boy, directed by a native New Zealander (indigenous), sounds quite promising and the director's been picked to direct the next "Thor" adventure movie. "Florence Foster Jenkins" out on the big screen now too stars Meryl Streep in a true story about a lady who couldn't sing, thought she could and somehow enjoyed a big singing career--this is probably funny. Hugh Grant's in it too. Always like me some Hugh Grant (and Streep of course)

That's just coming out there? It was released a few months ago here.

Florence Foster Jenkins definitely on my list.

Both Jennifer Lawrence (in "Passengers" with Chris Pratt) and Amy Adams will play astronauts in new sci fi movies this Fall (in different movies) and both films sound interesting. Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbinder have an intriguing drama coming up (they became a real life couple during filming) based on a best seller, will return later with film titles.
