PM on the radio....
-
have i got news for you was good last night

Moggy How are you and the Pipster, fine I hope....... Saira Todd... ....I totally forgot about her.......delicious woman......and she's got short dark hair.......yummy...... Liked her in 'Playing The Field' about a womans soccer team. And 'Drop The Dead Donkey' is a classic too. I find most modern TV soo bleedin' boring. The standards are dropping faster than Newcastle United, hardly a decent show anywhere which is amazing seeing as there are more channels than ever. I'd rather have 6 channels of good quality tele than 167 channels of sugar honey iced tea. .....back to the delectable Ms Todd.....we need some smouldering Saira photos up on this site.

I had a WICKED CRUSH on GEORGE MAHARIS aka 'BUZZ' on the show....thought he was sooooooo cool!! A fine sample of their body of work!

HAY THAT QUARRYMEN STUFF SOUNDS BETTER than a lot you hear today, i loved it, thanks for all that, mate it truly has a great sound and spirit. when the beatles were just little baby birdies still in the nest chirping and just starting out. darn if they didnt manage to sound better then than a lot that you hear today. they had the magic golden touch even then. i don't 'get' some of your brit humor, the benny hill type and that sort--u.s. a. educational telly stations here show 'are you being served?" which is funny, 'as time goes by' with dame judy dench which is mildly amusing at times but not riotiously funny, "Keeping up appearences' which is not a very funny 'brit com' at least not in the states, 'waiting for god' i like that one a lot even though it's not super funny and witty, it boasts more of a very dry sense of humor. 'last of the summer wine' another one that's often hard to understand if you're american, but i still kind of like that one. about elderly people but i like 'waiting for god' more about still more aged persons in a somewhat posh retirement home. a fancy nursing home
-
Last of the summer wine is hard to understand if you are English.......one joke / one sketch repeated every episode for 30 + years.......go to top of hill with----------, roll down hill with----------. The status quo of comedy.
-
One Foot in the Grave........just brilliant......
-
Did you ever see the father ted episode with richard willson ?....classic stuff. Talking of which
There is a brief clip of Richard attacking father ted on this tribute Richard on HIGNFY great days .....long before Iraq, bush, bernie eccleston, cash for knighthoods,, the recession, mps conning the public, screwing the working classes, stealing our civil liberties, Israel, spin and many other disasters Seems so long ago Hes a socialist.... Hes a fan of new labour ( or he was ) I see thatchers broke her arm sounds painfull -
Moggy Funnily enough, can't feel sympathetic towards the old crone........can't think why..... Here is some stuff to occupy the time..... Blackadder Goes Forth.......first and last episodes.......
-
