We watched the fireworks from our hotel room (The Royal Lancaster) 8th floor. Just breath taking. Also took an evening trip on the London Eye. The view was indescribable. Rode all over on the tube. Windsor Castle, Tower of London. Westminster Abby,Trafalgar Square, Nationall Portrait Gallery, The New Year's Day Parade (my grandson marched with the CPP Hawks Band). And yes went to Abbey Road!! Did the crossing!!

Couple big things and several little things have gone wrong lately. Should I hide? I'm too restless to hide away a lot. Maybe the stars are in that bad phase, can't recall its name. I so want some things to go right. At least more of my bad karma's been burned off by these latest sufferings... I desire that everyone's suffering be alleviated. The rare snow here the last couple days is pretty.

A 4.5 earthquake woke me right up very early yesterday morning. Even with as long as I've lived out here, I'm still not used to them!

Ha, good one! Yes it had been a while since we've had one that shook like that, not since the Napa quake!

Did stuff fall off of the shelfs? I've never experienced one. And hope not to.
