Lol, what I meant was that he won't change the tour name... But he will. That was the joke
"Still On The Run" Tour "Cut Me Some Slack" Tour
He should do the "Cut Me Some Slack Tour" for 10 nights in England. And play CMSS every 10 minutes. Maybe it'll shut up the Brits
What's that supposed to mean? There's an amazing amount of generalisation on this forum. People are critical of people because they're from a certain country and it has to stop.

I am critical for a reason. And I didn't mean the regular Brits, I meant the press. They have to be the meanest, unclassiest press in the world. They think Paul isn't a good guy. I didn't see the NY Times going berserk after 12-12-12, nor did I see them criticize his Olympic performance. I don't want to offend you, because you're a good guy.

Haha. I'm a woman, actually! I agree about our press. They just love to write unethical rubbish to try and envoke anger in people. But really, Paul should focus on that fact he has lots of fans here and not some terrible journalists who have nothing better to write about. We do love him. He's our national treasure! Also, I've read a few articles recently in a certain newspaper and both have been positive of Paul. So I guess they're not all meanies.

a bit off topic: I remember early one morning in Liverpool.. Swaying Daisy went and got us a few copies... ( miss her ) when I read the headlines when Paul & Heather had married.. it was rather flattering article from the Liverpool Echo

That's good to hear! I'm glad the UK press is finally lightening up on Paul.

Honestly i took it as a lighthearted comment to be honest, truth is a lot of people over here are fed up with Paul but i suspect there's just as many people who love him so no change there then. As for the british press,if they have eased up on Paul then frankly i would be worried if i where Paul, they do love to build them up and knock em down again dont they, but Paul is a big boy and has grown up with this attention so i suspect he'll be fine with the press.

Fed up with Paul, because he didn't pay their rent? OR?

The press critizise Paul in England? WTF? He is more important than God Jesus and the Pope in here.

I dont read our press much, its awful to be honest but odd reviews ive read certainly of Paul's show's are for the most pretty good, but again and im sure its the same of the press the world over you have to wonder if they start to take notice and say nothing but good about you, they'll snap back quick enough. As for the public, there is here in the UK a lot of people who think Paul is well past his sell by date,to deny it is silly but and i say this about any group in the charts or not its up to you the person listening to the music who think that particular artist is any good or not. I think Paul even with his advancing years is very good still and thats all the matters i guess.

5th Beatle, I call your name...

He's layin' low until the 20th. That's when he will be validated when all dates are officially announced.

Basically, the Argentinean promoter "Time4Fun" confirmed negotiations fell out and Paul is not coming this year.

javilu:
I've just heard from 2 different sources that Paul is not coming to Argentina because an agreement could not be reached.
Really? That would explain why we haven't heard any news about La Plata and Cordoba. But I still find it strange that he would come all the way down here to play just three concerts in a single country.

I hope there will be some sort of announcement tomorrow, but that info came from local people who claim to be involved in the negotiations. It did not come from any official sources, so I will not be surprised/disappointed in case they remain silent. I'm sure there will be an official announcement soon, but I know not when. Anyway, today I started checking the cost of plane tickets and hotels, as I'm sure the prices will increase after the concerts are confirmed. That's what happened in previous years.
