Few hours for people to start panicking because they have a black president lol.
-
obama isn't black and mccain isn't white

SurSteven:
obama isn't black and mccain isn't white
Technicalities aside, if Obama wins, he'll be considered the first black president of the United States.

The Night Before Elections 'Twas the night before elections And all through the town Tempers were flaring Emotions all up and down! I, in my bathrobe With a cat in my lap Had cut off the TV Tired of political crap. When all of a sudden There arose such a noise I peered out of my window Saw Obama and his boys. They had come for my wallet They wanted my pay To give to the others Who had not worked a day! He snatched up my money And quick as a wink Jumped back on his bandwagon As I gagged from the stink He then rallied his henchmen Who were pulling his cart. I could tell they were out To tear my country apart! 'On Fannie, on Freddie, On Biden and Ayers! On Acorn, On Pelosi' He screamed at the pairs! They took off for his cause And as he flew out of sight I heard him laugh at the nation Who wouldn't stand up and fight! So I leave you to think On this one final note- IF YOU DONT WANT SOCIALISM GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!
I love it! Brilliant!

Paul, i think this country knows a lot about a civil war already. And, if they didn;t go to war in 2o00, I doubt they will this time. I was going to say some things, like how insanely crazy is that Mike says everything he is saying...but hey, who cares anymore. In several hours, we will have a new president, and I am sure some heads are going to explode after not being able to process what just happen. I am so ready for that. Some people need to snap out of the state they are in. Denial. Complete denial, and an incredibly way to attack a leader of the other part of being a "nigg***", to say "off with his head", and for people to say that is freedom of speech, like I have heard say. I am so happy I am not a part of that side of this country.
You don't have to participate if you aren't! But you just can't help it, don't ya!
Yeah, i am sure you would love for me not to participate. Six hours left.
If you are an American and a registered voter of course you can participate but what good is it if you aren't? Then you are just fooling yourself because you have no idea what is going on here in the 50 states. -------------------------- Okay! You are an American and I, myself, will not get upset if Mccain loses! Gee! Politics is not only my past time!
Well I just got back from voting...along with the presidential and representitive selections, we also got 3 questions on the ballots here in Massachusetts: 1) Should we eliminate state tax? I voted yes even though I was torn due to being able to see this being trouble down the line, 2) should marijuana be downgraded from being a criminal to a civil offense? Once again I voted yes. and 3) should dog racing be banned, to which I voted no. As far as my candidates, I'll discuss this topic later this evening when I get a feel of where the 'battle lines' are drawn
richn---you like dog racing? marijuana state tax should really be eliminated. I'm glad you're through voting.

So maybe someone can explain this to me... most of the big media outlets have called Pennsylvania for Obama. O.K., whatever, except... Maybe it's just me, but how the hell can you call a state when only >1% of the votes have come in?!

I just asked that same question on another site I haven't seen any responses yet...but I wonder if it has anything to do with the biased nature of the various news outlets. I remember during the last election, many were wrong

That's how the media declared Al Gore a winner long before all the votes were counted. Seems that some people and/or corporations can never learn from history

They are calling it based on exit polling. But, like BOTR said, the media are in the tank for Obama. If there was any sense of self respect and civic responsibility from the media we would have been told all about Obama. They vetted Joe the plumber more than they vetted Barack Obama.

I want to congratulate Obama for running a very smart campaign. He knew the media was and is in the tank for him so he could get away with anything. But Obama better make sure as president he continues the far left agenda he had throughout his corrupt career. If he dares to double cross his owners at the Daily Kos and Huff Post as well as the mainstream media who got him elected they will throw Oreo cookies in his face. Just look how they turned against the Clintons. If they find another black candidate whose parents are both black they will toss Obama out with the garbage.
