And...? If it were the other way around, Bush's Secret Service would be ordered to let the guy roam freely.
Bush is out of the picture ... one of the 2012 Republican primary candidates was threatened so to speak. It's a news article dealing with politics ... and I did not re-title the article

I don't understand rich's vicious scathing Obama comment he made about Obama peeing on the Constitution with "anti-religious babble"--does anybody know what he was talking about? I'm real sorry about what you posted, audi--people who think like that aren't worth bothering with, consider where it came from. "Consider the source" yeah, that's what they say. And that should make you feel better. They're beneath contempt. Those spewing "monkey talk" and similar outrages.
I take it you don't watch very much news:-)

I don't condone those queens who glitter-assault their subjects. However, I was much more concerned with more serious, threatening rhetoric from those pot-bellied hicks at the Tea Party rallies: That scared me. And I never saw anybody on the so-called conservative Christian side denouncing it. For those who don't know, (Scott) "Brown" is the Republican Senator who won Ted Kennedy's seat in 2009 -- and the GOP was disappointed in him that he didn't always participate in their obstructionist initiatives. Also: "Browning" is a brand of rifle.

If someone breaks the law they should be prosecuted. One cannot have it both ways - the Occupy people excercised their freedom of speech not always in a manner likeable to moderates, unaffiliated, or Republican ... I do believe some of them had similar banners (often much more threatening)

I'll believe it when I see it.

Is Hollywood casting for a Three Stooges project or something, mustangsally10?
Funny thing is that the three stooges were a much more successful act than the comedy act happening at the white house right now...just want that duly noted

How Kennedy bought 1,200 hand rolled Cuban cigars (stogies) just hours before he ordered blockade of communist state 50 years ago By Lee Moran Last updated at 10:19 AM on 8th February 2012 President John F Kennedy ordered an aide to buy him as many Cuban cigars as he could just hours before he authorised the U.S. trade embargo - which subsequently made them illegal. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2098064/John-F-Kennedy-bought-1-200-Cuban-cigars-hours-ordered-US-trade-embargo.html ----------------------- Teen Mistress - Once Upon a Secret: My Affair with President John F. Shall we start with all the married Republican gay-sex scandals? Or shall we, first, discuss how sooooo many of these "religious and social conservatives" are on their second and third marriages?

Why do liberals attack peripheral topics instead of topics that will help the citizen who could give a flip about who slept with who....Notice how Bill Clinton's frequent flier program is hardly brought up
-
Destroying Clinton's surplus is not a peripheral topic. Two wars + unpaid for tax-breaks for the rich = deficit. Also...not a peripheral topic. 3 million private-sector jobs have been added since Obama took office. Zero job-growth under Bush. Peripheral, my ass.

yesterday we had a very important meeting for the future of our country. After the meeting one of the 3 members of the group said like the beatles said it's been a hard day's night and i've been working like a dog

Bill Clinton, along with Barney Frank planted the seeds to what oureconomy has become today

That housing legislation was a Republican-sponsored bill...which Bill Clinton signed, unfortunately. I'll give you that.

Man Arrested By Secret Service At Romney Event Worked For Colorado Dems by: ColoradoPeakPolitics Thu Feb 09, 2012 at 15:12 35 MST On Tuesday night, a student at University of Colorado Denver was arrested by Secret Service for trying to throw glitter at Mitt Romney. Now sources are telling Colorado Peak Politics that the "glitter bomber" worked for the Colorado state Senate Democrats. http://www.coloradopeakpolitics.com/diary/1012/breaking-sources-say-man-arrested-by-secret-service-at-romney-event-worked-for-colorado-dems
They should of hired Real Housewives of Washigto DC, Michele Salahi. She was able to sashay right into the White House in plain view of the Secret Services dressed in a Red dress and shake the Presidents hand. If you want job done hire a professional.

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505263_162-57371781/home-buyers-left-hol Here a new one.. you do know Obama new Payroll deduction tax is just under funding Social security, rights? It not anything that in the long run is good for the American worker. The Rep love it because in the future they will have a excuse to do away with it or to blame the dem. Here the other tax there not telling us there planning to off set this loss. There going to add 15 dollars a month to peoples home loans. So they be getting another 9500 from you.. We've got to stop putting the burden on the responsible people.
I disagree with you on one point - under funding is loved by the "Rep". I myself, have never been in favor of that. I don't know anyone who favors messing w/ S.S. Then again, I've revealed (in so believing) that I'm not rich like the Pres and most other Washington, DC politicals
Well they seem to be the party that says we cannot sustain it. From Reagan on they have all borrowed from that pool and that is why its not there. Also thing like not controlling Pharma and other health care providers costs have drained down the resources. Top 10 CEO's salary and benefits totaling 4 billion, 3 were Pharma or health care, two energy and one communication. Combined salary 4 billion. We have to stop allowing the greed factor to be called free enterprise. I think until we limit the size that company can grow to in the US. We always going to have the big guys getting bigger and the competition being swallowed up.

I can top that. Here's an eye-opening movie that exposes in the best detail yet of our beloved former President George Bush (W's daddy) and how his CIA/Reagan/Ollie North forces brought tons of cocaine to the U.S.: American Drug War (2007) http://www.hulu.com/watch/188226/american-drug-war#s-p1-sundefined-i0

You do realize he was responding to yet another out-of-nowhere, posted-without-comment conservative-slanted piece by Andy Shofar, right? You mind telling me how the alleged purchase of Cubans by JFK is a topic that will help people "who could give a flip about who slept with who" (sic)? Or could you at least explain how you can, in all sincerity, criticize someone for mentioning something as "peripheral" as infidelity, then pull a complete 180 and make a Clinton crack? You can feign outrage, you can sink to "liberal depravity," but you can't do both.
-
^^^I'm perfectly aware who he was responding to. Can I not make note of a hypocrical comment posted on a public forum? Democrats/Liberals are littered with morally poor behavior throughout their history - no more or less than Republicans. Infidelity, racism, gay bashing, etc etc etc is a personality flaw, not a party flaw
-
I made the post re. JFK since he has been the most highly regarded Dem. Pres. in modern history. Watergate help sink public opinion of Nixon ... and modern views of JFK may well have to change with times. I did not write any of the articles or book - this is a political forum & it's a Presidential election year. Even though some may not like of appreciate the subject posts - I cannot please everyone (didn't Rick Nelson sing a song about that??). I can't tell you how many times that I've that I've met a person who as it seemed "worshiped" JFK - time to get real To tell the truth - I have not always liked some posts made by others in this thread -- freedom of speech wins in the end Have a better day ...
