Which player(s) do you think will shine the brightest in Germany? Young players I think will shine: Lukas Podolski (Germany) <----------------------------- Lionel Messi (Argentina) Theo Walcott (England) if given a chance
It just pitiful that he's with Bayern now.

Congrats my German friends! Go for it! I just have to add something - Germany won't need the penalty to kick England's bums if they ever get to meet each other! Yay!!

This is the Dutch team for tommorow's game against Portugal I hope you can see this picture: And we will win this match against Portugal with 2-0

A well deserved victory for a very impressive Germany over a Sweden who seriously needs to rethink their coaching approach (but I suppose the utter wimps att the Swedish footbal association are going to stay conservative and demand no change). The individual players tend to perform much better in their respective clubs than i nthis constellation. I can tell you that over here there was a massive over-hyping of Sweden's ability in this World Cup, probably due to people over-interpreting the successful run of matches in the qualifying rounds against rather weak teams (along with the ever-present millstone of nostalgia about the '94 World Cup). Oh well, I guess if I had to pick a team to cheer for during the remainder of the Cup I guess it's going to be the Germans.... but the conversion will take a couple of days PS. just one thing that really got to me - that was also mentioned by Svenn - was that hideous grin on the face of the ref when he booked Lucic for the second time. What was that all about?! In all honesty, seeing that grin tugged on the strings of my animal instincts to want to punch him very hard in the teeth.

Can't see it on this sight but I copied and pasted the link. No van Persie?! Unless he's suspended. He's been one of Holland's best players so far.
-
Btw, everyone has predicted a win for Argentina. No one has Mexico winning or penalties deciding.

I hope it´s not! I´m not really pleased to see Kromkamp, Van der Vaart and Landzaat. And where´s Van Persie, we will be needing him.

My favourite till now
