He plays in Villarreal.
Ah, I can't believe I missed Senna. ops: Torres out of Spain's squad because of injury, replaced by Raúl. Er, I mean Bojan, Raúl's lookalike.
and the Barça hope to score goals when a defence goes back, he's the most similar player to Raul in the team(Probably you would say "fortunately" about this...)

NEWS: Robinho just sold, in the last minute to Chelsea 42 milions. I don't think Robinho is a big big player but Real Madrid hasn't got many wings, now only Robben. And Real Madrid has sold this year for much more money than they have bought
-
Big mistake, Robinho to Manchester CITY not Chelsea. And Quaresma to Inter are the 2 biggest names now the market is closed. Robinho said clearly he didn't want to play in Real Madrid so he was sold. That's the difference with another clubs like Manchester United, for instance. I feel this year is not gonna be too good there with Cristiano not so happy. Other signings: Spanish player Riera (another one) to Liverpool from Espanyol and Finnan to Espanyol Diego Milito to Genoa. Corluka to Tottenham. Well and Pele to porto. Not the best Pele though.

Hey do you think Fantasy Football is gonna happen this year? Only 10 days left to the start, and there's nothing. People should have to form teams and leagues very quickly. Today the World Cup starts. England plays against Andorra in Barcelona!, not the Camp Nou but the Olympic Stadium, used all these years for Espanyol. And USA in Cuba!.

It should be up sometime midweek. Here's the link it should eventually appear on. http://en.uclfantasy.uefa.com/M/home.mc They still have last season's game still up even though it now says "Play the official 2008/09 UEFA Champions League Fantasy Football game".

Well, a famous teacher of the Business Faculty of Barcelona (one of my ex-teachers) has revealed that the spanish league clubs are in economic disaster. They owe such a big quantity of money that's close to what they have. Bordering bankrupcty. All disguised in the accounts, as usual, so it's not so easy to see. Schuster summer signing plans revealed too. Over Cristiano Ronaldo... -One forward: Villa or Luis Fabiano -One creative midfielder: Cesc or Diego -One defensive midfielder: De Rossi well Schuster is not silly... : -Alves to play as right back or right midfielder -One left back: Lahm They said to him that if Cristiano was signed there would be no money to sign anyone more. No Cristiano, and then no signings. Schuster didn't ask for Van der Vaart, now he may seem a good signing being Sneijer injured, but in the long run... Schuster thinks Marcelo can't defend and Heinze can't attack (bingo!) so he wanted Lahm : but no money for him for being focused then on Ronaldo. Roma wanted 40 milions for De Rossi. (for me it's allright!) Alves went to Barça and Madrid not even tried. Villa was tried in the last moment. A 60 milion offer they say, but Valencia should sell the player and then not have time to sign any forward. Wenger didn't want Cesc to go. Nothing to do, so Schuster doesn't complains of this. And Diego didn't liked to the "club". So, same old thing. Balls to the forwards, Diarra stops the attacks but never begins one. And "pray" to the 2 saints. Saint Iker and Saint Raúl.

it already works, mate. Something runs in this world... oh my, I don't know if we will end the league after checking the news, but let's start...

I renewed the league that Daniel and I had going the past couple of years. Here's the code to join the "Macca Board UEFA CL": 483-187 The league is open to anyone who reads this. Whether you post here or just wonder by lurking, if you enjoy playing fantasy football (soccer) you're welcome to come on board. It's very similar to the one played on the Premier League's website, which some are probably familiar with. If you've never played, you basically select individual players from teams playing in the UEFA Champions League tournament. You're given a payroll of 100 euros and each player costs you. You have to spend within your 100 euro limit to form your squad of 15 players so you'll need to choose carefully. The tournament begins next Tuesday and you must have a squad selected before roughly 20:30 Central European Time to be eligible for points in the first matchday. Good luck if you decide to give it a try. It's all in fun, of course.

Done.

I've done my team, perhaps I'll change something in the last days. But it's mostly done and even easy to guess.

Usain Bolt to train with Real Madrid. Usain has said Real Madrid has make an invitation to him to train with them and that he will go. "Raul and Van Nistelrooy are two of the best strikers ever" And then there's Maradona saying that Messi is very egoist playing, too individualits, like playing in the Messi FC, you know. It seems everytime he has the ball his goal is just dribling defenders till losing the ball. I share the opinion but I must say that all greatest players were like that when they were very young, Laudrup, Zidane, Ronaldinho, Maradona... I guess Pele too. But as they grew up they learn that's not the way to win. Maradona say it's constructive criticism.

Laudrup is coaching in Moscow now. No big clubs wanted him.

I think I've finished my team but I don't understand much one thing in Fantasy Football. All about the change of value of the players. It seems it depends of the amount of people that select the players. So... if now... Lewandowski is the most selected player, his value is meant to go higher, so for the next round the teams who have Lewandowski will win... 1 milion or so??? And if you choose a player that's not very selected like now Daniel Alves, you're gonna lose some money for the next rounds... if you ever sell Alves. Is it so? So it's about looking at the most selected players too, I guess. I changed Alves for Sergio Ramos only for this. I think Alves is more likely to score points but Ramos is more selected. So I changed too Nihat for Arshavin. Arshavin is very selected and Nihat is not.
