Now Trump is saying good things about Hillary Clinton! Trump is now saying that Hillary Clinton is "Strong" and "Smart!"

He just realized he's in over his head and he'll have to ask Hillary for help...

Edit: I just have to get over it, and not repeat history again. The Candy Man can.

People who said they wanted change from the Washington elites and their corruption thought Hillary Clinton was the answer...Its hard to even type that with a straight face...I would agree Trump probably isn't the right answer either...but he's a better place holder until Washington gets the message
Why would Washington get the message? How many congressmen were reelected? If you're in the senate for 30 years, you see a lot of presidents come and go. There's no reason for them to change when people keep voting for them.
What are you talking about? Washington DC as a whole (as in both major parties) have colluded to do what you blame only the right for - benefiting only the top 2% of the people, both economically and via gov't policies. I look at Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney, Barrack Obama, John Kasich, and others as if they were part of the same party, regardless of what letter is attached to the back of their name. They protect their own. I have my doubts to whether Trump can accomplish much. However, the election of Trump means the status quo has been kicked to the curb, including simply kicking the can down the road by electing Hillary Clinton. Whether Trump can surprise and bring change as he promises, or whether is just the just the keys to the car that will be driven in 2020, its the direction we needed. And the fact that many folks swear by MSNBC, CNN, NY Times (who apologized yesterday for the way they covered the election) is embarrassing (as it is for conservative folks to who follow FOX as if their word is gospel - I only emphasize the first three media outlets because I get the feeling that I'm posting to a generally liberal audience)... For this term, it's over - the right thing to do is to go out and try to find a legit leader who represents the will of the people, not impose their will on the people
I think you quoted the wrong post. I scrolled up, but I didn't see any posts blaming only the right for anything. Maybe that post was deleted.

Sad that as more absentee ballots are counted, Hillary is getting even more of the popular vote. Considering that some electoral voters vowed to vote against the popular vote, It's time we ditched the electoral voters. This is the 2nd election, that the popular vote did not match the popular vote. http://www.thewrap.com/electoral-college-donald-trump-fix-disaster/
Four candidates won the popular vote but lost the election. They were all Democrats, but that might just be a coincidence.

That would be hilarious.

I think its a case that I mis-read your post...yikes I still stand by my post in general, but not as a response to your post (sorry)

Fair enough. I thought a post was deleted. That's happened before and it can be very confusing to read through.

I detest bullies and it seems that being a bully is the acceptable way to be now. Praying for the poor children who will probably kill themselves under the pressure. Also saying prayers that the wall is not built, that all of our friends and neighbors are not kicked to the curb, like garbage. That we can keep medical care for our families and children, that laws are not passed in favor of billionaires staying richer and taxes are actually lowered for the middle class...that women are paid an equal salary for equal work, that Roe v Wade does not get repealed and closet coat hanger abortions come back into existence. That education is improved, perhaps adding more classes, making people aware of how the government actually works, so people can't be fooled any longer. I am mainly hopeful that the world does not attack us, in their anger and fears against Trump, since around the world he is mainly looked at, as a buffoon. The voters had no idea of this, I'm sure, however, it seems to me that there is such a greater risk for war, than if Hillary had won. I am thankful that I have no children that would be enlisted.

Going to have to get this election out of my mind, a bit of an escape from reality. Time to be with friends and family and laugh.

You just answered why it will never be improved as long as we keep electing Republicans and Democrats.

I wish "they" would turn the frequencies off or down. I can't tolerate the torture anymore.

Haha! That my friend thought I was dedicating love songs to my ex-boyfriend and it was for my new one! She was worried about me. Nothing to worry about there.

I think you're both correct. The question now is where do we go from here
