The Time Machine was on last night. That is one of my earliest movie memories.
The Time Machine is cool to see ..... (I did not see this airing) ....
Please add me to the list of those that LOVE The Time Machine. Seeing this film sparked my imagination with time travel fantasy. The possibilities were endless! Favorite scene, the never-aging mannequin:

Hi (((Anita))) I think "Rebel Without A Cause" is on tonight. I love that movie. There's so much angst. "YOU'RE TEARING ME APART"
-
(((((Mary))))), what a surprise to see you here, LOVE it!!! I did not know, that you knew, that this thread exists! Does that make sense? You are most definitely correct, Rebel is tonight's Essential. I know how much you LOVE this film and I always think of you when I see this, along with Splendor in the Grass. Your train-towing, concert buddy Audrey has her TCM app reminder set for this, her favorite classic film. She, too, LOVES to yell "You're tearing me apart!" Always great to see you here, (((((Mary)))))!!! You make me smile!!! PS - When convenient, you should post Will's Maybe I'm Amazed video, watched it last night, very cool! I think Andy would enjoy seeing it.

Today at 4:15 PM EST Carol for Another Christmas Definitely worth seeing this unusually dark version of D i c k e n s' A Christmas Carol. This made for television film was first aired in 1964 as a United Nations special and had not been shown on television again until this past Sunday evening. I would consider this film a must see, if for no other reason, a massive sign of the times. One may feel the Twilight Zone throughout this film with the screenplay written by Rod Serling, which also makes this film a must see for fans of the Twilight Zone series. Eerily poignant, once again bringing forth the spirit that is indeed A Christmas Carol. ![](http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/images/smilies/santa_smiley.gif[/img] [img]http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/images/smilies/santa_smiley.gif"/>

I turned my house into its own TCM movie theater. I stayed up very late watching old Elvis and Jerry Lewis movies. Nothin' like an old movie.

Tonight's Christmas Double Feature: 8:00 PM EST The Bishop's Wife Delightful film with Cary Grant at his charismatic best! 10:00 PM EST It Happened on 5th Avenue ![](http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/images/smilies/santa_smiley.gif[/img] [img]http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/images/smilies/santa_smiley.gif"/>

"Everyone" except Humphrey Bogart was in love with Audrey Hepburn during the making of her wonderful movie "Sabrina" I read, including William Holden. I think those two had a "thing." Can't blame her, as he was very handsome and charming or at least appeared to be in various films including "Sabrina" and "Love is a Many Splendid Thing" and especially his classic with Billie Holiday "BornYesterday." I love it when he played intellectuals, as in those last two.

^ Sabrina...wonderful film! LOVE William Holden in Sunset Boulevard and Apartment for Peggy.
