An angel is someone who helps you believe in miracles again. And that is a friend, lover, child.

True. When someone appears out of nowhere and helps you, makes you wonder. Happened to me two wks. ago.

My DH is an Angel. He's helped a disabled vet get on SSI.

I was in line to buy dogfood as usual, and the cashier Lady is a really nice person. She was telling me the latest story and she LOVES animals, so she was saying how this minature schnauzer (sp?) was wandering outside the store front in the pouring rain. She watched him awhile and knew he probably was not from that area of town as he sat at the door wet and cold. She took him in and found the name on the collar and called the owner. The owner was so thankful her dog was safe and sound and the nice Lady got a $100 cash reward. She helps animals all the time, and really has not much money. I thought it was fitting she was rewarded with money as she needed it, even though she'd never ask. It was around Christmastime too.

Thanks for sharing, Kittay! What a lovely person & she really deserved that reward!

Here's An Awesome Example... An Angel Priest appears at a car wreck and is witnessed by many! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2386627/The-riddle-angel-priest-Holy-man-appeared-pray-trapped-girl-rescuers-traffic-accident-told-OK-vanished.html#ixzz2bPzOlmWh

It reminds me of the book 90 Minutes in Heaven by Don Piper. He had a priest stop by and pray over him as he had been pronounced dead. He said in the book, he went straight to heaven and met people who he knew to be dead. He came back to life 90 minutes later. An interesting read. There's also a TV show of a number of people who have died, went to heaven and then came back called I Survived Beyond and Back. It's quite interesting as all of the stories have the same type experience when they say they went to Heaven. The ones who went to Hell, well they didn't have such happy stories, but one guy came back and changed his life around 180ยบ. He didn't want to go back!! There are real angels, entities out there. There are countless stories from people about miraculous things that have happened that they attribute to angels. I believe in them. They are all about Love and Loving...

Thanks for the article, Sur Steven. Sounded like an angel to me. We've probably all met plenty and didn't know it. Lovetotravel, the last time I checked, there were three books in the top twenty on the New York Times Best Sellers list written by people who say they've had a near death experience. It must be on people's minds right now for some reason.

Proof of Heaven sounds interesting since the author is a neurosurgeon. Was planning on getting it. With all of the uncertainty in the world, I think it gives reassurance of the unknown fear of death, at least it does to me. I had an beautiful experience at my Mom's death, so I am certain of it now. I've met others who have had the same/very similar experience at a loved one's death... not that I'm ready to go or anything but the fear has gone...

Just from my own experiences and stories I've heard from family and friends and the profound synchronicities I've encountered...I believe that Life is a lot more highly refined than some people may think!

I believe that angels are everywhere. Sometimes we don't always recognize them. They appear in many different forms.

Angels watched over our kid during his oral surgery yesterday. The surgeon even called our home at 9 p.m. last nite to ask how he was doing!
