The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Steig Larsson. I guess she couldn't get Macca to sign her arm.
I hear the books are much better than the films. I seen all three of the Swedish film. Can't believe Hollywood remade them..why? and Danial Craig. They should of paid Viggo Mortensen what he was wanted I would of went to see him in the new films. But not these two actors they cast.

Two books past few weeks. Madonna. Just curios to how she got started. and Johnny Girl, a story written by the daughter of two black sheep. She grew up in Alaska and ended up in NY as a journalist. They both died before she was 15, her B girl mother died in a asylum and her father was murdered by part of a group on a killing spree. She traces her parents life back to when they were young, their journey to Alaska where her mother became a escort and father ran after hours gambling clubs and their hidden past. It was a good read. They made it into a movie years ago.

I just finished reading this book about a guy who goes back in time to try to save JFK from being assassinated. It was so good! It also has quite a few Beatles references in it.

Am about to start the big fat biography on Steve Jobs. Maybe the book will shed light on not only Jobs, but on computers and their history and mysteries for me I still think of puters as "little genuis machines," in a way. Used to regard them as "devil machines" during a relatively brief phase of playing certain games on them. Also when one messes up you tend to curse it as a devil machine (laughs and cries), come to think of it

"Beyond Belief" about The Gospel of St. Thomas" more Gnostic speculations by Elaine Pagels, first came out in 2005. When I tried to read this then, it kept putting me to sleep even though I found it interesting. It's not making me fall asleep this time, thankfully, as it's thought-provoking and very worthwhile. Hope she comes out with more, since as she stated many discoveries have been made since her bestseller "The Gnostic Gospels" in 1979 about the very early days of Christianity before its doctrines were fully formed, when a deeply spiritual, mystical esoteric branch flourished which appeals to me much more than the more exoteric versions.
