European tour dates on Paul's new t-shirts?
-
Could be the same t-shirt company that made the mistake last year of printing New Kids On The Block tour dates oshine back of Paul shirts that were actually sold to fans at the first few US shows before the mistake was discovered and the shirts fixed! Those dates/cities could belong to another band!

That's an interesting possibility. However, those NKOTB t-shirts had their correct tour dates and cities (under Paul's name), while this one seems to have the same date (01.12.2014), and some cities appear several times. It's obviously a mistake which will soon be corrected, at there should be US tour dates on the back of that t-shirt. However, if he does tour EU/UK in december, especially if some of the chosen cities are the ones mentioned in this incorrect t-shirt, that means the info was indeed leaked early. Time will tell.

I wouldn't place much stock in it.....but definitely good eyes. I'll know for sure in a few days. I couldn't get anywhere near reading it but if it does turn out to be true, somebody's job is done! Always a chance of an incredible blunder!

Norweigian Wood Festival has come and gone in June 11th through the 14th and the next one is not until June of 2015. So I doubt that the shirt has real stops...some don't sound right but hell when the US list came out, some did not sound right. Either way, this does not mean that an announcement is coming soon or even that these cities are being negotiated. I wouldn't get too excited as of yet. Already one bad date is on the shirt so keep a very even keel. Even if it was true...I wouldn't expect any announcements until late Sept/Oct.

actually looking at allof the new items with UK flags on them...5th Beatle may have something here...but the Norwegian Wood thing is bothersome and the amount of UK cities tends to make me doubt it...I will know for sure soon enough

Obviously the dates aren't finalized, so the shirt is probably a mock-up. Nothing is for sure until the announcements are made here on the main page. But that sure seems like the Europe/UK leg is going to happen!
I bet they will soon replace this image with the correct one (with the US tour dates), and that's the one that will actually be sent to customers. But that was huge mistake!
I agree with this. It says it's a preorder and shirt will not ship until mid-July. I think the picture is just a sample of what the back will look like. The front pic looks like a much younger Paul as well and doubt it's the final front either.
-
The Oslo venue does indeed say Norweigan Wood Festival...which isn't until June! It's a bit strange, it's obviously a mock up tshirt since the same cities are mentioned up to 4 times but the venues and cities are all so specific that there has to be a reason they've been chosen for the mockup?

The back is a mistake, but the front picture is probably correct, as it was being sold at the recent South American shows. I bought one of those with the South American tour dates on the back.

Just seeing UK flags doesnt mean UK tour to me, since that's been done before, and I saw that white shirt with the UK flag in Carlos' picture of the SA merch. People just like Paul and Union Jack stuff. Agree that the shirt mockup with the UK cities is more interesting, tho the fact that they repeat and are not real dates may still just mean than a UK designer was just plugging those in as a template. If that t-shirt design was sold in South America, it could have been created months ago, and a British designer just used UK cities that they were familiar with. That photo was put up by mistake, I do think. So we shall see what happens for the UK in December!

Just for what it's worth, if McCartney would play The Netherlands, it would be 99% for sure in this (new) venue on the shirts. Not twice though.

What is that new venue called? Is it in Amsterdam?
-
Well, if it does materialise, I think we can all agree that those t-shirt tip offs were the best tour leak we've had recently. I'm already thinking where I'd like to go, but I'd never book hotels without official confirmation.

It makes sense. Even if he tours the UK/EU in november/december, an announcement would probably not be made before september, based on previous tours?

Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam. If he ever comes back over here there would be no chance he would do any other venue than that. If it would have been opened a few months earlier he would have played there in 2012.

Sounds good! What is the seating capacity? And how cold does it usually get in Holland in november/december?
-
Holland in december is the same as Northern Germany. Around 0 degrees C. Sometimes rain, sometimes snow but it is OK. In 2009 I stood for hours in line in December and did not freeze to death

Good to know. I hope you will be able to see him again soon!

I've had another look at this and the Dublin venue is listed as "RDS Arena" which is an outdoor venue. That doesn't fit with December gigs! Combined with Norwegian Wood Festival being on there it really casts any credibility into doubt!

Yeah, I have no faith in this being a real tour. I suppose if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I could see him maybe doing a show in London in December or something but those cities and venues listed on the shirt have nothing to do with a planned tour later this year, obviously.

You are right that the dates been on the tour jacket is a huge suprize. But even if a couple facts on the Venues and dates arent correct. It could be that the final venues and dates havent been offically decided yet, thats why it was a preview on the US Jacket by mistake. I think its definitley true, and im excited for my self and all the UK/Europe fans on here. 5th beatle found it and he did a great job finding it. Its obvously and oversite or mistake by someone, I think its the most exciting leak weve heard for years, obviuosly we will have to wait for official confirmation.kind regards Zoe
