What do you like to collect?

I like collecting snowglobes though I havn't picked up new ones for awhile I also like collecting Edinburgh Fringe Festival tshirts, Hard Rock Cafe Tshirts and Souviner Programmes. Since last year I've been collecting Guinness stuff (my favourite drink) I have items like Pint Glasses, Badges, Posters, Fun Hat, Tshirts, Bedsheet & Calander. Last night I ordered a Guinness watch.

I have a big collection of movie memorabilia from the 1930s and onwards. I have lots of sheet music and magazines, dolls, posters, records, etc. I have been collecting it since I was 13 years old.

Books, DVDs, CDs, especially books
went through a phase of collecting Paul and Beatles memorabilia until started feeling sorta like a compulsive gambler a bit out of control, spending way too much, going almost broke, etc. so had to tone that down a lot. (yet would love to do it all again!)

I like to collect Hard Rock pins from all of the places I've been. I was getting the pins for someone else, and then I really started to like them. I break off the pin and put a magnet on them. They are always around $12 so that's not too expensive. I also have a whole bunch of magnets from other countries... which I have on my refrigerator. They make me smile to think I've been to those countries... -

Parking tickets and dust mainly. Oh, and I have a little obsession about postcards....which the wifelet has curtailed somewhat but I'll find a way round that don't you worry!....

Seriously though, I have a Beatles' Collection with some Paul goodies, and some John Lennon, too. I also have a Record Collection, and a collection of movies on DVD. Not huge, just stuff I would want to watch again. Also, a collection of travel maps and brochures.

I mostly collect Paul/Beatles memorabilia. I have too many Beanie Babies and they are all but worthless if you try to sell them. I did collect Hard Rock pins, but did get them all sold--probably at a loss.

I like to collect Kitchen Gadjets...you know, like: lemon zesters, apple corers, garlic presses, etc....nifty little doohickeys..lol.. if you will, that make food prep a lot easier and fun at the same...I'm like a kid in a candy store when I'm in a kitchen shop. I've always been of the mindset that I never buy anything, for the most part, that doesn't serve a dual purpose...just makes perfect sense to me somehow.
