How can you convince someone to put
Money in a bank or credit union?
Example: A person puts in $100.
At 2% interest how much will they have?
Answer: $49.
Why?
ANSWER: Person puts in $100.
Getrs $ 2. Interest
Get A charged a $50 FEE
Then charged $3. For looking up their account.
Why?
What bank or credit union does that?!!
The one that just sent me a letter showing that they already took my money. No notification to let me know this was about to happen. They mailed me letters to promote a credit card and auto loan, so they had my address. They have a fee for inactivity .usually a few dollars ... not them they made it $50. (This was my do not touch account that was used for gifts and vacations). I used this credit union for over many years. I called them thieves on the phone... could not reach a high level person. Was suppose to see it on their web page. I don't read Web pages of Credit Unions as a regular thing...
Maybe when looking for a loan or credit card,
Which I wasn't.
I closed the Account and am angry that I can't get it back, can't fight it, can't get it reduced or forgiven. I let them know that it was criminal,
But that was a phone ANSWER person who shrugged at another unhappy customer.
I closed the Account. They took my money and let a phone screener take the complaint.
I am angry and can't do anything about it.
Any legal paperwork costs more. So far I went to a few sites and gave them a bad review ( with others too) They don't care. The thieves won.

The Fool, So sorry that happened to you, what an awful thing to go through! That happened to a friend of mine and her husband... they were very careful to pay off their credit card debt every month, they had a zero balance, and decided to just use the card for car repairs and emergencies... well, they began being charged a $50 "Inactivity fee" every month... and they disputed the charges and cancelled the card... the bank charged them another $50 for that, since it was after the first of the month! How can they not realize they'd lose customers if they charge those fees... it actually encourages people to keep going further into debt. But that's probably what they want... because of the higher interest rates...
I once worked with a lady who had to quit work because of severe arthritis... it took forever for her to qualify for disability. She found out a way to use 3 credit cards to get by.... Every month she'd withdraw cash from one at the atm and put money in the bank and use another to pay off the other one she used.... the third was used as money for next month, and she'd rotate.... frankly, I don't know how her system worked, lol, she tried to explain it to me... but she claimed she always had about $2000 in the bank every month, and she wasn't stealing since they were her cards and she was paying everything off... with her other cards, lol.... but I wouldn't encourage people to use that method, I had a feeling the grim financial reaper would eventually come calling, and want to see a proof of income or enforce payment by either cash, check or money order... or something. Somewhere something wasn't ethical about it... But she claimed that helped her get by until she got her disability!
Again, sorry you had that bad experience! Not fun...

Have you seen an hour run this way?
Walk this way? Fly this way? Dance this way?
Shadow another hour?
It's missing.
Perhaps we could put a picture of the hour on a milk carton and ask: Have you seen me?

FYI A credit union my girlfriend works at requires a $50 balance at all times. Wonder if it’s something to do with credit unions?

One did that to me. I went into the credit union and raised holy heck and they gave back the $44 they stole plus the rest of my balance since I also closed my account. Sorry that happened to you.

There are apps for that, like Rosetta Stone.
Google “learning a foreign language.”

That being said... It takes a lot to pound this into my head ... even then ... I tried to make the question about any one, but it is about me... my possible trip ... and when trying to absorb, learn ... I don't know..... this being a question thread ... can I do it? Can I use it? (* it takes a lot a lot a lot to get through and I know it).
I'll try try try ,,, but I goof up English and that is my only language besides guitar?
