HAPPY GOBBLEFEST!!!!

We're having pot roast this year. Just put it all in the crockpot. Felt that was quite the accomplishment having had the flu/sinus infection since Oct. 31 and still kicking it. Hubs will work half day at his liquor store. We will be hermits, I suppose, this year. Just watching the games. Not really me, though. I will be upstairs watching Netflix or reading a book. What is everyone else having or doing?

We're going to a restaurant for turkey with my sister & nephew. Easy & no clean up! Plus we are working a little bit today. I did actually buy a turkey & hubby & I will have it Friday or Saturday.

i am empting a gift frozen prepared one into a pan and into the oven later on and then gorging . Perhaps when I get medical clearance I can make it to lubys later on for a meal. love doris

They even sent me home with some. -
I was at the drug store yesterday and the guy behind the counter asked "cooking" or "going?" I don't know why, but thought that was a cool change form the usual 'Holiday chit-chat.'

I am about to fry up the rest of my turkey and such for dinner then take my meds and go to bed. Buddy decided that when her heard happiness is a warm gun it was a good song and he wanted to entertain himself in sink with his toys to it. love to it. love doris
