RIP...for all that have passed

I don't care about your politics, staying happily married for 73 years is pretty impressive. That's old style family values.
But the death of Milos Forman means more to me personally. He was a remarkable filmmaker.

Yeah, on Jan. 15, 2011!

VERY SAD TO HEAR! Loved watching Anthony's shows!
“If you’re twenty-two, physically fit, hungry to learn and be better, I urge you to travel – as far and as widely as possible. Sleep on floors if you have to. Find out how other people live and eat and cook. Learn from them – wherever you go.” ~ Anthony

A good friend of my mom's and former boss of mine passed onward. One of his nephews was going to college to be a music teacher and would work with us during the summer. He invited me to go to a club a few miles away and watch a rock n roll band made up of some friends of his. He sat in on the keyboard and they played Locomotive Breath. They sounded just exactly like Jethro Tull!!! He also brought his Moog Synthesizer up so we could play with it on the weekends. His uncle was very accomplished and loved riding bicycles. He made a 5,000 mile trip around the U.S. once. I remember him pulling up to and bumping the front door open with his bicycle tire in a town we were working at as he was crossing the state. Great memories!!!

Hi Nancy R! You're not alone, many people have forgotten about the Peter Green era seeing that the Buckingham Nicks era became extremely popular in the 1970's and beyond! Danny Kirwan was a great guitarist that learned even more which would result in Kirwan playing guitar better thanks to the great Peter Green! You owe it to yourself in listening more to the Peter Green era, that band was GREAT!

I just feel so sad about Anthony Bordain. I hope I never get that depressed. If only the suicidal would realize how many people truly would help them and work with them and pray with them even.
National Suicide Prevention Hotline
Silent Unity Prayer Line (called them one night when someone’s mother had 50% breathing capacity and was expected to die, they turned around and became able to breath, within a half hour of the call for prayer)

LONGTIME ELVIS DRUMMER DJ FONTANA DIES
In 2000, he played on Paul McCartney's cover of an early Presley hit, "That's All Right."
-
I don't know a lot about Anthony Bourdain, but the conspiracy theories about his death are deplorable. When did we, as a society, lose all respect?
-
Just realized that June 23rd would have been Stu Sutcliffe’s 78th birthday.
Photo I took in 2011:

Richard Harrison (The Old Man) on PAWN STARS passed onward at the age of 77. He was ex Navy as well.

Michael Jackson’s father died. Was 89.
