Have you ever physically saved someone's life and then a few years later realized the person was a total a$$h*l*? I'm going through that right now.

All I did was call 911 & the paramedics brought him back. I'm still glad that I did.

I guess I did the right thing back then. He was having a seizure and I took care of him from finding and getting his meds to letting him have my room for the night since he couldn't drive in that condition. He's just being a right b*st*rd right now.

They get like that every once in awhile. Ride it out if he's worth it.

Just remember that saving a life is an awsome gift to give--period. There was a fire in the apartment I lived in a few years ago. I saw smoke pouring out of my neighbour's room, banged on his door a few times, then phoned the fire dept., who told me to pull the fire alarm and get myself out. They'ed worry about my neighbour. I did. Turned out the guy had come home drunk, turned on the stove and passed out. If I hadn't been woken by his smoke alarm, and called when I did he would've been toast. That's what the fire dept said. Anyways, I'm still glad I did it. Just because you're stupid and a jerk, doesn't mean you deserve to die. Calling and pulling the alarm saved everyone else anyways. So you never know the ripple effect of your actions.

In my job as an O.R. nurse I'm occasionally forced to participate in saving some a$$hole's life who had just killed someone else with his car because he or she was drinking, or they got shot in a drug deal or some other crazy scenario. But we just have to try to forget about all that and save a life if we can.

oh goodness...THAT would be so hard to do. When you can see what they have done to someone else...someone that was totally innocent. Gotta be hard.
