Does anyone know how many people were in the audience?

Does anyone know how many people were in the audience?
In a newspaper I bought on the day of the concert, it said "Paul McCartney will be playing to 30,000 fans." I'd guess that with all the seats behind the stage closed off, the capacity of the venue was probably 30,000 but perhaps not all of these tickets were sold. The stadium did seem pretty full on the night though so I'd say it wasn't too far off that figure.

The capacity of the stadium is 50.000! It was pretty empty unfortunately but on the other hand I think it was great because it was just one big family! Friends won tickets just the day before the concert! They aren't fans at all but they said the show was bloody marvellous!

wau too many messages here!!! I guess here everything was said already?? anyway I came here to tell you my story, my experience.. first of all i have to say that it was my first first time I went to PMC !! Didnt have many chances before so was very happy I could go to Vienna. and everything was just perfect .. we were waiting for security guys to let us to go in and so we enjoyed the soundcheck from outside the stadium( (if I knew theres a chance to go there for soundcheck from another entrance... would not wait even second and went there but..didnt know...) anyway.. there were too many people outside and everyone was singing the songs they played !! so even 3hours before gig, i was enjoying the time there and then I realized and said very laud.. "Damn, guys this is PAUL!!" they were laughing at me but I was just HAPPY to hear him !! (surprise eeh ) and to hear everyone around me to sing 'Penny Lane is in my ears and in my eyes.....' guys ... i was just amazed !!! and then it began, we came in.. exciting for the moment of my life to see Paul. and when he came - i had tears in my eyes. It was so strong feeling for me I will never forget..!!! without even one word he started to sing Eight days a week and everyone started to sing with him and got crazy.. cant forget it really. They let us to go on stadium after 6, even they said they´ll open gates at 5.. Ram on on Ukulele was very biig surprise, somebody had signed and he just made his wish to hear that. amazing!!! there couldnt be full stadium cause half of it was unavailable, but hear 30,000 people to sing Blackbird or Hey Jude.. its still in my head. another suprise was he changed setlist a little bit, for instance "I saw her standing there (in encore on list Get Back) and everyone was just crazy about it)))) anyway I think everything is already said here I just wanted to share little bit of my happiness which still I Keep , with you here.. = if you have any questions I can response.. please just I cant compare with any other experience on gig.. so for me this was the BEST TIME EVER !!! ops: (i know everyone knows this probably but.. ) this was little bit "sneaky" from Paul and his band cause I wanted to see last moment before they leave a stage.. but then this started to fall at us and everyone was just screaming, enjoying and looking up and.... Paul was gone.. ( I knew he uses this at his concerts but after3hours enjoying, I forget everything ))
(and last minutes of almost 3hours gig.. The End.. you know.. I cant understand that he didnt even look tired !!!! full of energy, jokes, smiles, flirts, moves, jumps..and in the end.. the same! ) It was just fantastic......... ops: -

Hello, does anybody have a video of Junior's farm, Mrs Vandebilt and 1985? I haven't found them on youtube yet. Thank you

Fantastic show as always, got there at around 1pm and ended up getting right at the front. Met some really nice people, including Audrey who got her arm signed in Halifax, a guy who came from Holland, and a guy who came from Greece. If any of you are here, hello!
If you are the guy from Italy I've met at the concert, then I'm the guy from Holland... (wel, I am, of course, but I mean the one you've met)
