I'm wondering what to choose, "THE HOT SOUND GOLD CIRCLE STANDING EXPERIENCE" or just "HOT TICKET EXPERIENCE WITH EARLY ENTRY" (the differences is the soundcheck), I can't decide (, any suggestions?
HOT TICKET EXPERIENCE WITH EARLY ENTRY isn't with soundcheck! It's a EARLY ENTRY standard concert ticket in front of the stage + Merchandise stuff. I thought You would like to stay at the soundcheck isn't it?

Soundcheck's quite cool
Of course I want it, but it's doubles the price. Is it really worth it?
the double price is it worth; more than vip ticket without the soundcheck. This was the soundeck setlist for the second Amsterdam gig last year: Honey don't Blue suede shoes Only Mama Knows Penny Lane Don't Let the Sun Get You Crying Let 'm in Every night Alligator San Francisco Bay Everybody Out There Ukelele song: Leaning on a lamp post Bluebird Lady Madonna Alone Only Mama Knows and esp. Alligator, Everybody Out There was it worth for us.
Nice, I've heard you were about 10 people on the soundcheck, that's even better. Was there someone who talked with Paul/a fan on stage during the soundcheck? I've heard it is a really intimate show

he seems (always) to ask where we 're all coming from. Beside this I can' remember that he chat intensiv. In Vienna he invited ~6 fans on stage... To get an impression u should watch the soundeck video from Birmingham last year

A am looking at the Songkick e-ticket I got yesterday and have a question to those who got it too - there is a 7-digit ticket number and a 9-digit number under the bar code (the first 7 digits are the same as the ticket number + another 2 digits). Do you have it that way too? I guess those two numbers should be the same
-
I have the same...I guess it's fine. Fortunately we have over two months to figure out how to get it printed, it's some jpg/memo style file which is hard to format for printers. I wonder why they don't just use PDF...

Same problem. The only way it gets printed is to print it just like an e-mail - then it looks that way, A4 paper, allover text and informations and in the middle is e-ticket .... it's ugly, we live in Czech Republic and we've been at lots of gigs in O2, and to be honest - this is the first time we got tickets like this (we've had e-tickets before, but everytime it looked like normal ticket, pdf and after printing it was just ... normal. I'm not sure if the turnickets will be able to take this ... thing

You can print a screenshot just of the ticket itself

I have been wondering about the same since yesterday. I guess you just have to print the whole e-mail. I will also make another print and cut just the part between those thick lines, where all the informatin and bar codes are, since at the entrance to the O2 arena, there are those bar code scanners, where you have to stick the ticket in (the bar code), which won't work for the A4 sheet. There will probably be assistants with scanners too, but I will print out those 2 versions just to be prepared. Then there are another scanning machines at the entrance to the standing / FOS sectors. Hope there won't be any problems, 99% of people will have tickets from ticketportal.cz, which will be different, so let's hope the assistants at the venue will be familiar with the songkick tickets

Yeah, that's it - most of people'll have different tickets. Just for fun, I tried to buy tickets via livenation pre-sale, and it didn't work, I'm glad I just got my e-tickets today's Livenation presale works only with O2 extra code (no problem for me, I have an Czech phone number from O2, but ...) ..... for some people it could be problem. Nevermind, I hope everything'll be okay. We have a little bad experiences with an gigs organization in Prague's O2 ...... I'm going to also print our tickets different ways, as you said, I'm little afraid of the scanner

You have to click on your ticket (this part with songkick written) with right button of mouse, and click print. Tell if it helps

I have 2 (9-digit) tickets numbers, and they're both the same ..... 4 tickets and at all of them are 2 numbers which are both the same .... 9-digit

Really? To be exact - there are 2 bar codes and there is the 9-digit number bellow both of them And then there is the "Ticket Number" above one of those bar codes and that one has those 7 digits. So there are 3 numbers - 2 of them are 9 digits and 1 of them has 7 digits, which is actually the first 7 digits of the 9-digit numbers. I sincerely hope you have the same, otherwise I would be quite worried about my ticket. Plus there is actually the shorter (7-digit number in the subject of the e-mail - correct?) Would you please check again how is it at your tickets? Thanks!

But I assume each ticket has a different(7 and 9 digit) number?

Haha yes, I know what you mean, I've been at O2 many times, and have seen people having issues with the scanner. If your barcode doesn't work it may be more difficult to negotiate your way in if the ticket looks like an email with a header and basically something you could have typed up yourself.

After I read your post, I also tried the Live Nation pre-sale. No problem, it didn't want any O2 code, just my LN login, which I have. I have actually made a reservation for my friend. Now that I know I could have bought my ticket this way without any problem, I regret I used Crowdsurge (again, just like in Berlin) By now I could have had a regulat paper ticket in my pocket. Instead I have some e-mail with which I will be worried until I don't pass the gates

Really? Are you kidding? I live in Czech republic and we've been in O2 many times, and there were everytime some little problems with anything But really, I'm registered on livenation and in past I bought in livenation presale lots of tickets, it never wanted this code, but I swear, I tried many times and without extra code I'm unable to buy tickets We also bought tickets to Munchen, via Crowdsurge, and they'll be sent - on paper, why it's impossible with Prague?

Strange. The LN pre-sale really worked for me, ticket booked till tomorrow evening. Try again, it might have been some mistake that they fixed. I rerember when I was buying tickets for Black Sabbath a couple of months back (also the LN pre-sale), the standing tickets could only be bought in pairs. That was strange. They fixet it in a couple of minutes and one could buy single tickets afterwards. As for the paper tickets for the German gigs bought via CrowdSurge - yes, they send paper tickets. They say they ship them 2-4 weeks before the show. I bought a ticket for the gig in Amsterdam the last year from them, they sent it some 10 days or so before the show with normal post. I got it one week before the gig. Quite some nerves with hotel and flight booked and paid for. There were actually some people who didn't get their tickets at all, so they were told to collect those at the boxoffice of the venue (it wasnt the option of those who bought it). The box office opened 2 hours before the show and there they still had to wait for their bar codes to arrive for like an hour, and so they got inside the venue really late. Not a great thing with a standing ticket. 5th-beatle would tell you more - it happend to him. So much for Crowdsurge. And I have bought my Berlin ticket through them again this year, so I wonder. It is not always like that, but when those problems happen, it is very unpleasant. Just like you, I have been to the O2 in Prague many many times. I have never experienced any problems, but I always had regular paper tickets. I know the organizers and epecially the security there can be extremely "un-helpful," so any small problem might be a big problem. Let's hope there won't be any

I tried again and now it works. I don't care, cos we have tickets, but probably they fixed the problem. Black Sabbath - you mean also in Prague? We're going too This year it is ok, we got tickets for two cities, and we stayed calm becuse we saw Paul last year for the first time and we didn't think we'll ever see him again, so now it's with litte less nerves. But in 2015? We didn't manage to buy any tickets for France, UK, in pre-sale, in general sale ..... it was a blast and all the tickets were gone in seconds! It was my and my boyfriend's life dream to see him, so we almost died of panic and then bought 2 tickets on eBay. So you can imagine the price ..... And also, we had to wait until the man from who we bought tickets gets them from promoters and send them to Czech Republic from Ireland So the tickets came a few days before the gig. Really, I don't want to go throw something like this again We almost lost our minds, we booked our travel, accommodation, everything ...... and one week before the show we still didn't have our tickets But everything was great in the end, and it was the best vacation we have ever had we stayed for few days in London. Btw. sorry for my english, I'm trying to do my best
