I got a pair in my cart but it told me they had "become unavailable". WTF.
-
This is so bogus! I can't believe that the presale was basically sold out before it even went on sale.
-
There are still a few tickets showing up if you refresh.
-
Managed to get 3 tickets together in Sec 321. Keep trying!
-
Agree - keep trying! With only one minute into the sale, I refused to believe there were no tickets available at all, so I just kept clicking over and over and over and over again, and finally managed a pair. Then of course I could not remember my Crowdsurge password so I had to frantically reset it and pray that the tickets did not disappear from my cart. Luckily they did not. :whew:
-
Yeah I lost the pair I was given in sec 116 row 3 due to them "becoming unavailable" between the time they were put in my cart and the time they displayed them to me on the screen. I'm just a little bit pissed right now....

Sorry that happened to you. A similar thing happened to me on Ticketmaster a few years ago. Don't lose hope - try for the other presales and public sale.

Thanks, Daisy, I will not give up! LOL I have never had that happen to me before. eta: OK 103 row F will do. I'm taking my elderly mother and I can't imagine making her go up to the 300's or sit down on the floor, so these are perfect. Did anyone else get anything?
-
I have 3, 116 section, row J. very happy with those places.
-
That's wonderful that you were able to score tickets! Manon, I'm thrilled for you! If a Sat show is added, I'm going to try for it. Or Toronto!
-
Hello Daisy, My first choice would had been Toronto for this tour, but I didn't took the chance of missing it so I went with Ottawa. It is closer to Montreal tho. I wish you to be lucky enough to see him on this tour.
-
I was lucky to get four seats in section 322 in the Capital Tickets presale. Row E so I'm quite happy with those.
-
Hi everyone, I've never done a presale before, so I am not entirely sure what to expect. I have the diagram of the seating plan & it says find tickets, but everything I click, nothing happens. Maybe I am too late because it is all sold out? Can someone please tell me the steps/how this works?? And what does the blue/black colours mean in the seating plan-that those sections are sold out? thanks

I don't know about the blue and black sections, but if you look at the page and t has a bar with "reserved seating" on it and some choices, then the presale is not sold out, so just keep checking/clicking "find tickets." I just looked and a single in one of the 300 sections showed up...
-
thanks thenightfish for your reply So, the button to click is "Find Tickets"? And will it show me what seats are available, if any?

Does anyone have a decent seating chart of this venue ? I can't find any info about floors rows

I'm hoping for a seat in the front row in a lower level/balcony (100s)-when I order tickets, how do I know it will be a front row seat? Do all front rows start with the letter A? or will it say row 1 in section 103 for example. thanks.

Every venue is different, but I think Scotiabank Place uses letters for their rows, so you would look for Row A. I don't think the fan presale has any seats left in any of the 100-sections, tho; there is a dropdown that will tell you what sections are left, and you can click on the section you want, or you can choose "best available" for a price range.

thanks thenightfish; you have been so helpful

I would choose anywhere near here (Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Toronto) if it's on a day that I'm not working. lol Thank you for the well wishes. I'm glad it has worked out for you!

Since there were no rumours of Paul visiting Montreal this tour, I tried for some Ottawa tickets. I had hoped for some good tickets but only managed section 328. On the plus side, it is pleasant not to have spent soooo much money and at least I am going. Yay! I just returned from Ottawa after seeing Fleetwood Mac last night. It is a smaller venue than the Bell Centre in Montreal, but the joint was jumping. We will all have fun on July 7!
