I did enjoy this tweet, McCartney acknowledged guy holding sign saying "Hey Paul, I'm Jude" by shouting "Hey Jude"! Think he'll sing that one?

To recap.... we lost Venus & Mars/Rockshow and Letting Go.... to make way for Junior's Farm and The Night Before.

I hate that he dropped Venus & Mars!
-
Dropping V&M was actually a move I supported, it went down like a lead balloon in Dublin last year!
-
He should have dropped Let Me Roll It.

Yeah it just wasn't done right. I mean, it sounded fine, but paul should have started singing in the dark etc etc etc
-
Gee guys, I wonder how he could possibly lift the mood after that somber tribute to John?

well he didn't do it right. Total darkness was needed...and he did a short version. again...if he had been playing these songs all along people would know them as well as they know Beatles songs.

Well in the three shows I attended last year (Phoenix, Kansas City, and Nashville), Venus and Mars/Rock Show was greeted wildy as was Letting Go, 1985, and Mrs Vandebilt. Remember, Venus and Mars was a smash album in the US for months in 1975. I've seen McCartney 17 times and I'm completely digging the setlist; I rather here Let 'Em In over Silly Love Songs any day of the week!
-
Interesting updates....I keep hoping he will toss in Oo You as a nod to the reissue of McCartney.

Now it's getting tricky. He played "Paperback Writer" early, so there must be SOME change, but this is the part of the setlist which hasn't changed any bit since the Summer of 2009.
